In the early hours of September 16,2022, at approximately 949 Universal Time (UT), which was 4:49 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), an “M.7” solar flare exploded from our Sun which is almost “X-Class” level.

As a review, the solar flares are rated with the letters “A”(low), “B” (small but with some minor power), “C” (medium,), “M” (strong) ,and “X” (most powerful, very major).

They are then given numerical values following them from “1” to “10”. Thus, “M.7” is moving into an “X-Class” explosion.

There have been times when the explosion came from the far side of our Sun that were thought to be stronger than how they had originally been rated because it is difficult to rate a far side explosion accurately.

However, because our planet is so small relative to our Sun, regardless of far side explosions, our planet still receives the reverberations of them.

Today’s “M-Class” flare with its attendant coronal mass ejection (CME) was powerful! Remember, all solar flares release CMEs because they are comprised of plasma particles, and our Sun is made-up of plasma as well as other substances.

More “M-Class” flares are likely over this weekend due to the solar energetics having vibrations for them. Earth/Gaia also slated to move through a “Co-Interaction Region” (CIR) of intermingling slow, medium, and fast waves by Saturday (the 17th) will create further activations (mainstream science refers to them as “shock waves”) inside and outside of “Her”.

Particle plasma coming from the CMEs is, as usual, enveloping our planet and the pressure from them is building. Further, neutron counts—cosmic rays from both inside and outside of our solar system—are rated as “Elevated”. All of the events discussed affect the “KP Index” of our planet—the overall activations created by said events—and the index could be rated at “Storm” level during the weekend.

Thus, a powerful “orchestration” from the “Divine Symphony” is being “written”.

Physiological, emotional, and mental activations could be heightened for many people. We must also remember that there are seven planets in retrograde; the equinoxes in the Northern and Southern hemispheres are almost here (coming September 22nd); and the New Moon is also on its way (arrival on September 25th).

Remaining centered and grounded is key to moving through the potent cosmic forces with relative ease.

Therefore, eat nutritious organic meals; drink lots of water with lemon or lime; take spiritual baths with sea salt and essential oils; perform Yoga or Tai Chi; take walks; pray; meditate; wear calming prayer malas; journal; and be in bed by 10:00 PM—or at the latest 11:00 PM. Log-off of technology (computers, I-pads, cell phones, etc.) at least two hours prior to bedtime.

Obtaining a good night’s sleep is challenging for many and is one of the numerous “Light Activation Experiences” which are commonly known as “Ascension Symptoms”.

Eating foods with natural melatonin helps, and just three of these are cherries, grapes, and almonds.

A delicious nighttime drink is “Golden Milk”. Prepare it by placing warm almond milk in a cup with a pinch of turmeric and organic honey.

Chamomile tea also helps to induce sleep.

The “Bach Flower” for sleep is “White Chesnut”. Place two drops underneath your tongue before bed. A newer remedy from the “Bach Flower” company is called “Rescue Sleep”.

It comes in a small spray bottle. Spray two squirts on your tongue before bed. Listening to soft music also helps.

Engage in a self-oriented “Retreat” this weekend. In fact, it can be considered a “High Retreat” with all of the strong cosmic dynamics occurring and the continuing Mercury Retrograde. Be more self-reflective and review vital information about the spiritual focus of cosmic events.

Do not be a hermit, but do not be on the go-go-go with outer social affairs or community meetings.

Spend more quiet quality time with family and friends.

This will allow you to regenerate because extreme fatigue is also another major “activation” or “symptom” of these transformative times.

Constantly pushing yourself is not wise.

Even though human consciousness elevates to HIGHER KNOWLEDGE, it takes the physical vessel more time to reach the level of the newly forming consciousness.

The DNA and cellular “re-birth” from carbon to crystalline is a process that cannot be rushed or forced. Stay in the LIGHT of SOURCE.
