The Truth Of A Powerful Historical Prayer – By Dr. Schavi M. Ali

Many people are interested in the original languages that holy books were written in so that a true attunement to the sacred realms can be made.

This is especially true when it comes to prayers.

One of the most famous prayers is “The Lord’s Prayer” as taught by Yeshua Ha Messiah (“Jesus”) to his disciples.

The so-called “Lord’s Prayer” that most people recite either alone or in their churches was actually ordered to be “re-written” by King James of England in the 1600s as a tribute to him.

The original “Lord’s Prayer” is as follows as translated from Amharic which is the “Parent Language” of Aramaic into English:

“Oh, Birther, Mother/Father God,
Hallowed Be Thy Name.

Thy Kingdom Come; Thy Will Be Done
On Earth As It Is In Heaven.

Give Us Bread For Our Needs From Day To Day,
And Forgive Us Our Offenses
As We Have Forgiven Those Who Have Offended Us;
And Leave Us Not In Times Of Trial,
But Deliver Us From Evil. Amen”

Notice that the phrase “AND LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION” is not there nor is the phrase “FOR THINE IS THE KINGDOM, THE POWER, AND THE GLORY”, etc..

SOURCE would not lead anyone into temptation.

Human misuse of free will does that.

Also, the words “Kingdom”, “Power” and “Glory” refer to earthly royalty—the reign of King James whose “King James” version of the HOLY BIBLE was altered by his directions to certain scholars of his day.

Many centuries earlier, Emperor Constantine of Rome altered ancient holy texts as well.

Our holy books, regardless of our individual paths, are important vital attunements to the DIVINE.

Learning the original languages that they were penned in and being able to accurately connect with ancient ancestral vibrations is a key component of authenticity in this “Now”.

Of course, as some will say, SOURCE is merciful and compassionate and will not refuse hear our prayers just because they are recited with incorrect translations.

However, there is a mystical energy that arises when we recite our prayers either from our heart or from the true language phonemes of the ancient past.

It is difficult to translate certain words and phrases from one language to another (especially into English) because in particular cases, there is no adequate component word to use.

However, there have been cases where a supposed translation was absolutely totally misleading.

This is the case with our wonderful World Teacher Yeshua as he taught what has become one of the most famous prayers in history.

Truly connect with Yeshua’s “spirit” and with the DIVINE SPIRIT of SOURCE by reciting this wonderful prayer along with the prayers of your particular tradition.
