Many people are familiar with the healing 528 Hertz frequency and have purchased tuning forks and bowls which resound with this vibration, and this is excellent because this tone is known to calm the nervous system, to reduce stress, to balance hormones, and to create a loving energy within an individual and in his or her external world.
However, there is a tone which most do not realize is yet another frequency that we can utilize, and it is the actual normal sacred tone of Earth/Gaia known since ancient times.

It is 432 Hertz which is the note of “A”! It too, like 528 Hertz, is calming and healing, but is can also “ground” us to Earth/Gaia as “She” continually elevates exceedingly higher and receives greater LIGHT from the various creations of SOURCE, and it can remove dense, disharmonious energy from our immediate environment.
Archeologists discovered long ago that ancient Kemetic (Egyptian) musical instruments were attuned to 432 Hertz, and ancient Tibetan singing bowls were also attuned to this frequency. It was found that this frequency was used not just as an entertaining modality, but it actually was employed as a healing tone.

Obviously, the word “Hertz” was not used in ancient languages. This word, which refers to cycles per second but also to “wave form function”, originated with the German Physicist, Dr. Heinrich Hertz (February 22, 1857—-January 1, 1894) and was fully adopted by German science in 1933.
Since then, it has been accepted by both mainstream and metaphysical science around the world.

The Italian musical composer, Giuseppe Verdi, tuned his music to this frequency because he had studied its emotionally calming energy or its “feel good” properties.
He wrote to the “Congress of Italian Musicians” to have 432 Hertz approved as the standard tuning. This was approved in 1881 and was further recommended by the Italian Physicist, Dr. Bartolomeo Grassi Landi.
The 432 “Wave Form” can be heard in the gentle pat of rain upon a windowsill, in the chirping of birds, in the rustling of leaves, and in numerous other sounds of Nature.
Earth/Gaia’s ancient and modern day resonance is “432 Wave Forms”.
Thus, it may be best in this “Now” to speak of Earth/Gaia’s resonance in the term of “Wave Forms” rather than in “cycles per second”.
As an ancient text states: “The Creator teaches us through Nature which includes wildlife, birds, and the planetary realm” (Tehuti [also known as Thoth], THE EMERALD TABLET).
Ancient “Rishis” (“Sages”) engaged in “Sruti” (“To Hear”) as they sat in deep meditation, and they could literally “hear” the sounds of Nature—its “Wave Forms”.
The recent very high “Power” readings of the planet such as “1200”, “500”, “450”, and “200” are “Wave Forms”—the “Sruti” experience of Earth/Gaia as “She” receives transmissions from cosmic energetics.
A “Wave” is often defined as “a movement up and down and back and forth”. However, it can also be defined as a “surge”.
For example, when a “Plasma Wave” (a type of “Coronal Mass Ejection”) exits from the Sun, it is a “surge” of irradiated particles pushed out by “Solar Winds”.
Also, people sometimes speak of having a “surge of energy”. So, tones are types of “surges” not just turning at particular cycles per second (although a “surge” is indeed a frequency cycle or a movement at a certain pace).
Therefore, there is perhaps a need for a different language application as we speak of Nature in reference to levels of Hertz of our planet. The ancients spoke in their languages in terms of “Wave Forms”.
However, there is a tone which we must stay clear of because it tends to cause discord and chaos in the nervous system, and thus, throughout the physical vessel, the emotions, and the thoughts. It is 440 Hertz.
This frequency was unfortunately adopted in 1917 by the “American Federation of Musicians” as a musical standard because they were unaware of the scientific research of its damaging properties which is a lesson to conduct profound research before just accepting any concept as truth.

For many recent decades, however, several musicians of Higher Consciousness, some of whom refer to themselves as “Musicologists”, are educating people on the damage that can be done by this 440 frequency and are attuning their music to the 432 Hertz instead.
It is no secret that when people listen to loud, raucous, clanging sounds, they feel stirred-up in their solar plexus which is the basis of the nervous system.
When this becomes a regular habit, people can become emotionally and mentally taxed and become anxiety-prone or even act in disharmonious ways.
Experiments have been conducted in certain scientific arenas to understand how people react to particular sound frequencies.

Some people believe that purposeful frequencies are currently being sent out into the atmosphere in order to manipulate humanity physically, mentally, and emotionally. Historical research unfortunately does prove that this was indeed done long ago in Nazi Germany.
However, SOURCE LIGHT is assisting those who desire to level-up in consciousness to become aware of the things which must be avoided in order to continue to receive the necessary LIGHT of transformation that is leading to the creation of the “Light Body”—crystallization!
Thus, the denseness of the final phases of the dissolving old age of chaos (“Kali Yuga”) is being eradicated by intense LIGHT coming again as it did in ancient times in a previous “Golden Age of Peace” (“Sattva Yuga”) as various sacred tones—one of which is the pure 432 “Wave Form”.
Are you sometimes hearing ringing tones in your ears?
These are sometimes the sounds of other dimensions and are sometimes “Wave Forms” which are adjusting DNA and all other parts of the human being.
In essence, it is the “downloading” (to use a modern technological term in reference to computers) of LIGHT into us.
If we consciously employ Earth/Gaia’s 432 “Wave Form” as the planet “cycles” upwards more and more and is “downloaded” with LIGHT, we will notice that we can connect more easily with SOURCE in our prayer and meditation sessions. This can be done by playing a tuning fork or a signing bowl that is attuned to the note of “A” which is the 432 “Wave Form” which most people may still refer to as “cycles of Hertz”.
As Shakespeare said: “A Rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” Perhaps today he might say: “The Wave Form of the Rose, grounded to our planet, is the sweet essence of SOURCE elevating us to crystallization.”
So, let us learn of the “Wave Forms”, the “frequencies”, which are best for our wellness.
As the ancients also taught us, the healing of the future will come as SOUND and LIGHT.
We are now dealing with our future.

Namaste, m caly! Yes, indeed flowers have a type of “Wave Form”. Essential oils, which come from flowers, for example, vibrate to certain levels of “Hertz” or cycles per second. The ROSE has the highest vibration. When we resonate with a particular flower and its fragrance, we are aligning with or matching its “Wave Form”—its vibration. ROSE is my favorite flower. Namaste, m caly! Yes, indeed, the auric field around a person can be represented by color frequency. In fact, there are devices which can detect a person’s basic auric field color. However, even without scientific devices, a very spiritually elevated individual can detect the auric field of another person. For example let us say that someone is always filled with anger, is constantly critical of others, has a big ego, and feels as if they are always right. You can be sure that person’s auric field is dark and murky and staying around such a person can affect another individual’s auric field such that anxiety and depression can be the result. Then that person’s field will also become dark. It’s interesting to find that many frequencies known to benefit our health is dividable by 3.
Both 432 and 528 are numbers that when we add up the number in each digit, the sum can be divided by 3 (eg 4 + 3 +2 = 9 ; 5 + 2 + 8 = 15).
There are others frequencies that may also produce positive effects, such as 639 and 963 Hz. (Yep, Telsa is right about 369 😉
Meanwhile, modern music are mostly tuned to 440 Hz which some people say is not very beneficial to health.
It’s magical to think, by just lowering 8 Hz creates differences. Maybe this is the magic of Universe.
