I once spoke with a woman who told me she was Jackie Kennedy Onassis. She said, “My name is Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, and someone has stolen my leopard fur coat!”

I thought, well then. Who am I to tell her that she isn’t? Who am I? Why am I working in this psychiatric hospital?

I didn’t belong there; I saw faults within the first day of working. Damaging faults that are causing mass suffering.

This woman was confident she is Jackie Onassis, and I didn’t even know who I was. I still don’t know.

What I do know is to never allow someone else to tell me. I know how differently I view the world than the majority of those I share this beautiful earth with.

Thanks to my chaotic upbringing, I have always been able to see emotions on others; emotions they don’t even know they hold.

The smallest movement in body language stands out to me like a giant rock. At times I can see colors on them, colors on animals and trees.

Unaware people are very much like open books.

Large crowds can be quite overwhelming.

Evil is real and is very noticeable in particular individuals.

So often, many trick themselves into believing that who they are relies entirely on who other people tell them they are.

They tend to find themselves so preoccupied with the stress of everyday life that they don’t give themselves the time to explore WHO they view themselves as. Instead, they become so busy that they take other people’s word for it.

Not only do they take their advice on who to be, but some of them also then behave that way too. Then they squint their eyes and cross their fingers, hoping that what other people say is friendly; this is a lousy bet.

It’s like counting our chickens before they hatch.

We will be excited to have sixteen eggs in the incubator and end up only hatching one red and white spastic rooster, which our lovely neighbor will call Freddy Crooter after the movie, Nightmare on Elm Street.

You are in complete control of yourself, and you are completely capable of defining yourself.

No input is needed; whenever others blatantly describe you, they cannot or refuse to recognize it in themselves.

If people knew what the horrible things they call others felt like, would they then only have nice things to say?

They will KNOW you if they genuinely don’t know themselves. You don’t have to be a rooster if you don’t want to be a rooster.

I’m sorry I defined you… I would tell him things like that.

For a minute there he wanted to be a chicken, his energy was very feminine. We have feminine and masculine energies in our psyche and with practice we can bring them into union to obtain better perception and higher enlightenment. Feminine and masculine are not male and female.

There is a confusion here.

In the process of those who try to control by pulling the inward outward we are seeing youth becoming confused in sexuality.

You can be a masculine woman or a feminine man, vice-versa. You can be both without changing your body.

The programmed are showing us an inner awakening collective consciousness in the form of the outer world.

They are creating an unhealthy environment because they are lacking the spiritual ability to see things how they really are. They want the glory with none of the guts.

I told this young male rooster, “Listen young chick, it might be true that your energy at times is more feminine, you are nurturing, soft, caring, playful, empathetic, compassionate, and vulnerable. But I wouldn’t go calling this horse race just yet. You might end up taking away something you can’t get back. Give it some time and put your chicken cell phone down, turn the fowl TV off and go outside, find a hobby that you enjoy. Your avian phone is giving you intermittent positive reinforcement to disguise the evil attempts of altering your perception. You are not recognizing the danger; you are too young. In time you will see that your masculine will also come out, you will become more assertive and courageous with go to action. This doesn’t matter if you are male or female. Again, we all have feminine and masculine energies. Having two genders matters. We cannot phase women out. They have already tried that, Mary Katherine Goddard helped on a constitution for a country she wasn’t even allowed to vote in. Sybil Ludington alerted the British were coming. Just wait until you are older, make the choice after you have given yourself some years of experience. You do not have to allow others to push their perceptions on you. Covert narcissism is real.”

Carl Jung needs to be brought back into mental health if the herd wants to keep mental health facilities here.

Freud Theory has not done us so well.

We should see within ourselves that we are capable of doing anything that any other human has ever done. No one person is more virtuous than another; we are all making real choices here; they are real and collective.

What we say of others matters because each of us matters. Mercy will grow Love, and Sacrificing others’ feelings for our own will spread horror.

Yehoshua requested mercy not sacrifice.

At the time of my run-in with Mrs. Jackie O, there were at least three theologies I could think of that recognized reincarnation, the most prevalent in my mind was Sikhism.

They call it, Sansāra or the process of the soul transferring from one body to the next.

Furthermore, this woman was in her early twenties, and Jackie O died in 1994. This odd math adds up; it’s not entirely impossible.

Time was important here because she was claiming to be a famous person from the past, and at the time I was claiming to be a freshly graduated psychologist who was so wonderful (Ego) and who, in the near future, would help her get better (A do-gooder).

I forgot for a minute that I was human first. I had forgotten that the do-gooders are often the troublemakers. Therefore, according to myself, neither one of us seemed to be in the present. When we aren’t living in the present, we will feel like we have no time for nonsense. We often overthink about the past or the future and ignore the now.

Because I knew I was such a great read of people, I said, “Mrs. Onassis, It’s been some years since we addressed this issue, but I think you need to know that it takes eight leopards to make one fur coat.”

While many of us allow others to tell us who we are, this woman defined herself so bravely and boldly that the majority herd belief told her she was delusional, defined her, and then probably prescribed her. We cannot be undiagnosed because undiagnosed is not a word here. If we allow an authority to diagnose the mind, there will be no more minds left to diagnose. It is dangerous for the brain to tell someone they are not who they think they are.

She screamed, “It’s been over forty years, and you people are still complaining about the same things, you are the worst therapist here!”

I smiled at her kindly and jotted down on my paper-The patient is irritable and has a realistic concept of time. It breaks my heart now that I classified her as the patient. What I should have said right then and there was, “I quit.”

To quit took me another six months before I just couldn’t be a part of that anymore.

At this point in my journey, I can see she was living more in the moment than I was. I thank her for teaching me something. And it was true, I was the worst therapist there.
