Major Sunday Afternoon Update – From “Dr. Schavi”
Solar winds have almost reached 700 km/s, and our Sun now holds again beta gamma delta energy for “X-Class” flares .
A short while ago, there was a “C.8” flare which is just about “M-Class”.

The “KP Index” remains at “Storm” level, and the magnetosphere continues to be engulfed in particle plasma.
With the high solar flares, coronal mass ejections (CMEs) are extreme in intensity as the winds cause them to soar out into the solar system with “gusto”!
Auroras are being seen around the world as signs of the CMEs.
There has been a huge “6.9” earthquake in the Central Mid-Atlantic Ridge and a total of 113 earthquakes of “1.0” and greater within the past 24 hours.
Earth/Gaia is certainly feeling the intensity of these cosmic events which are not letting-up—they are increasing.

People, too, are feeling them and are reporting dizziness, nausea, heart palpitations, anxiety, exhaustion, inability to obtain restful sleep at night or to take a nap during the day (due to restlessness) and more.
With powerful cosmic energetics such as these, the magnetite crystals within the human cells are stirred up as well as all other aspects of the physical vessel: the molecular structure, atoms, sub-atomic particles, etc.
There is a faster “spin” to our planet and to everything upon “Her”.
It is VERY IMPORTANT to obtain as much extra rest as possible, to eat light meals (soup, salad, etc.), drink plenty of water (the cells can become easily dehydrated with such strong cosmic forces), do calming exercises (Yoga, etc.), and to meditate.
Our planet and solar system is being prepared for a powerful cosmic event in the near future of the “Now”, and we must carry more SOURCE LIGHT.

This past week has had the strongest impact on my physical of all time so far. I don’t think there will be many/any? reprieves. Hydration can be difficult so I’ve resorted to keeping ice cubes around as much as possible. Anchor to Source/ I AM and don’t let go. Very challenging indeed but so ready to move completely out of 3D.

It is not easy to explain future cosmic events; however, ancient texts as well as modern day scientific research seems to indicate that we are due for a very powerful solar event—one that is possibly a solar flare of very great intensity that is stronger than the most potent “X-Class, and currently, the strongest “X-Class” is an “X.10”. So, something beyond even this seems to be expected. Some people, who claim to be in contact with “Guides” beyond this realm, say that the event is known as “The Flash”. My research as well as Higher Self intuition advises that the event is most definitely solar rated. It could be a very powerful flare with a coronal mass ejection of amazing magnitude. Land masses will shift. This indicates continents shifting and more water appearing on our planet where land used to be.
