   Feel like I am in a pressure cooker, and meat grinder. Feeling drunk, pulse goes up (not palpatations, just going up, lil quicker and stronger), sleeping is like tricky. My mom’s feeling the same.

   Will these symptoms EVER end, and WILL we get some BENEFIT to all this?

     Namaste, Neil! The benefit to these sometimes VERY uncomfortable symptoms is receiving more LIGHT into our physical vessels which will eventually allow us to have greater spiritual capabilities. It may seem ironic that in order to become higher in consciousness it requires experiencing terrible symptoms. Like I mention in some of my articles, we are in the “labor” of “re-birth”, and “labor” is no joke! Thousands of years of toxic programming has to be removed from our cellular records. So, the LIGHT is surging into the physical vessel with powerful strength. The HIGHER that an individual goes in consciousness, the easier that the symptoms become. In other words, they ease-off somewhat. However, they will not totally cease until the planet is sufficiently “Lighted” and until humanity upon “Her” is more loving, peaceful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. So, even though some of us are loving, peaceful, compassionate, and gaining increasing knowledge, there are so many others who have yet to join us at the top of the mountain (if you understand my analogy). Hopefully, others will share their symptoms on this website so that nobody feels alone in their journey of receiving more LIGHT. As the planet spins faster and receives more LIGHT, humanity’s molecules also spin faster. This is the reason for the increased pulse rhythms. Some people also experience heat sensations with the faster pulse rate. There are so many, many symptoms of this “Shift of the Ages”. As Dorothy said in the “Wizard of OZ”: “Lions, and Tigers, and Bears, oh my!”

Please remember with me that we all have aspects of ourselves as alien even right here, right now, and our masculine and feminine energy as One, is within, regardless of physical form…..we are not separate from our true multidimensional Being or our true core balance.      I feel the same, Neil, and so does my son, Thanks for sharing.
     What is most beneficial for myself during these symptoms,
     is to not resist, but rather allow, embrace, and release in the
     flow of energy. And also focusing on the breath. When it is
     extremely intense, my son and I will take a valerian root
     supplement, and also mother wort. This does help ease the
     sensations for us. I feel absolutely One with all energy, I can
     feel all of it….it’s just WoW sometimes, yet we are making it
     through it All!

   Peeps it came to me last night. When the Schumann rang hard the other day I realised a couple days later what it felt like. It felt like tripping balls. If you have ever done psychedelics the majority of people feel a happy almost giddy feeling. Sensory input is cranked. Last summer after starting to drink nothing but distilled water I started to see different colors that I had never seen before in my 54 years on this planet. I assumed it was the distilled water but it was not. It was the Schumann raising my consciousness. We all know its rising. The more I clean out my body the easier these spikes become. The last left me intensely happy and my brain has never worked better. Once I started drinking the purest water on the planet everything lifted from me. I cannot say this enough. Clean your pineal! I have never felt the light before in all my life. It made life very difficult. Secretly i thought people were stupid for believing in this invisible force for good. I just set out to clean my pineal from the calcification that we all inevitably have. Once I did this I felt it. My whole center shifted. The schumann IS rising and taking us with it. Imagine our senses rising so high that we would ACTUALLY see evil. Plainly see it. Actually see who harvests our children for adrenochrome. I became giddy once I realized thats where we are headed.

   The water crystal experiment took a minute to click with me. If you can change the composition of water through intent then the concept of holy water makes alot more sense. These energies are real. What if you could see these energies? What if you could truly send love and light? We can. We do. What if we have been doing it without knowing our whole lives? You can change water depending upon intent. We are all made of water. Call it prayer. Call it whatever. We cant see it. Yet. But imagine if we could. Changing our very dna by thought? We could heal the world and evil in our midst would not so easily go undetected. I believe this is what Q meant. Nothing can stop what is coming. I think this is why the big push for vaccines. It will dampen our psychic abilities. The bad people ( if they are even people) want as many people not to feel this oneness. This light. I did not think it existed. I have been to church maybe twice in my life. I did not go looking for god or the light. But wow did I find him .

   So for fucks sake clean your pineal gland! Its coming and the less crap in your body and mind especially the easier these spikes become! Its being increased slowly ( thank god) .

   I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at a very young age. Depression crushed me most of my adult life.
   After 2 months of just simply drinking distilled water this lifeling depression lifted. And fucking how did it lift! I have 30 shock treatments under my belt because of this depression. At one point I even cut my own throat. I wasn’t crazy. I was just poisoned! Feeling this light is our birthright! They have taken this from us through the shit in our food and water!

     I am glad that you are benefiting from my articles. Many people—regardless of the earthly age factor—are experiencing heart palpitations and anxiety. With Earth/Gaia shifting so rapidly in its vibrational frequency and its reception of intense LIGHT, everyone on the planet is having some sort of “activation symptom” as we soar, along with the planet, to higher and higher trajectories.    What do you think of this, I have copied below, and why this congressman used these words: ” Brahma” and ” a- men and a-woman”in his prayer?

   I disagree with the opinion, that “a-men” referred to-Amen-, as many believe. “Amen” means : “So be it”.

   “Congressman Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.), an ordained Methodist pastor, offered some unusual words in the opening prayer for the 117th Congress on Sunday.

   He ended the prayer with, “May the Lord lift up the light of his countenance upon us and give us peace. Peace in our families. Peace across this land and, dare I ask…oh, Lord…peace even in this chamber now and ever more. We ask it in the name of the monotheistic God, Brahma, and gods known by many names by many different faiths. Amen and a-woman.”

   I have just read your article ” Wealth of Wellness in Chromotherapy” and You have mentioned Brahma there.

   I wear my lapis-lazuli gemstone as a Throat Chakra stone, while communicating with other people as well the communicator with Archangel Gabriel and as an Archangel Michael protective colour. Also, I use my Lapis Lazuli as a gemstone associated to my Third Eye Chakra, even though I consider Amethyst as a stone of the Sixth-Chakra and I wear amethyst too, when needed.

In the ancient Kemetic (Egyptian) language known as Medu Neter which translates as “Sacred Speech”, the word “Amen” means “Hidden Eternal” in reference to the fact that “God” (SOURCE) is eternal and hidden within creation which includes us as human beings. From this ancient word, which was one of the many names for SOURCE, the word for the fall darkness of the year—“autumn “— is derived. Because so many people are not aware of any other languages (especially the most ancient ones), they tend to create words and phrases to satisfy people. This is what this pastor has obviously done. I believe in teaching people and not in just accepting where they are in consciousness and not sharing truth with them. I know this pastor probably meant well, but I just wish he was more knowledgeable. People need to learn Sanskrit, Aramaic, Amharic, Hebrew, etc. They need to know where what they say comes from. Then, they would have a better understanding even of the scriptures they claim to believe in. So, in answer to your question, bless the pastor for trying, but he needs to study Linguistical Science which is the history and philosophy of language.

       I do believe, that the word Amen was not used at the end of the prayer. The pastor referred to A woman and to A man. This means, that a woman and a man are fully equal now and there is not male god only. I do not attend church anymore but I have been told, that some Christians they refer to the Mother/Father God, these days not just to a male God only, as they used to do.

       I do not want to polemize with you as I know nothing about the other languages mentioned. I had been taught this explanation only: ” Old English, from ecclesiastical Latin, from Greek amēn, from Hebrew ‘āmēn ‘truth, certainty’, used adverbially as expression of agreement, and adopted in the Septuagint as a solemn expression of belief or affirmation.”

       I am aware, that the New is coming and hopefully we will no longer be divided and ruled.

         Namaste, Mila! Yes, male and female must be respected and no longer should religion be male dominated, especially in reference to God. In fact, the earliest thus far understanding of God is actually in feminine form as MUT EM UA which means “Water of the Mother” and refers to the “Divine Womb” from which all has been birthed. This was as far back as 83,000 BCE. It is interesting to think about that when women are first impregnated, the chromosome is the feminine “XX”. If the child is to be male, later the chromosome becomes “XY”. Ancient Vedic teachings refer to God as the “Divine Mother” which was originally the same in Kemet. “God” became taught of as male energy in 4300 BCE when a horde of people called “Kurgans” devastated parts of Africa and Asia and destroyed temples dedicated to the Divine in feminine form and also annihilated people and burned land. There is so much history that is never addressed because our Western world is primarily predicated upon other phi!osophical, historical, and sociological paradigms.            Many Thanks for your reply. I just want to add, that I am from Poland originally. My Slavic ancestors, before Europe was invaded, they had worshiped Mother Nature among Nature and Sacred Trees. In Polish language the Sacred Groves or Sacred Trees place sound ” ŚWIĘTY GAJ” The word -Gaj- sounds like the word Gaia, almost. Only the letter -a- is missing. After my Motherland had been invaded, all those Sacred Places were destroyed. All those first churches were built on the sites of the Sacred Groves/Sacred Woods. Gaia was/is the Mother Goddess who presided over the Earth. Still, we use the word -gaj- in our language defining the small deciduous forest. In Polish we write Gaia as Gaja, pronunciation is the same as in English.

     ‘Black out’ is the case when the website works but it’s not receiving data from the measuring equipment; ‘Off the chart’ is a way of saying in a sense, in Tomsk the chart axis are adjusted in relation to the max values, in Italy they are not so if it goes above 16,000 than the value if off che chart, but never saw it, for now.

It seems unbelievable for the “Power” to be so profoundly elevated; yet, it is so, and I say this because the Russian chart and the Italian chart use a different calculation method. Here is an example that is rather simplistic. In a typical school, students are graded in a system of “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, or “E”. Now, suppose a school decided to instead use a number system of “1” to “5” with the number “1” being like getting an “A” grade. Both the students in each system are doing excellent work. It is just that one school uses letters and the other school uses numbers. As I stated, this may seem too simplistic, but I am trying to make the point about the differing systems of calculation. However, the vibrational frequency of the planet and its amplitude are indeed extremely elevated due to recent solar flares and solar winds which have affected the planet even though many traditional scientists are not addressing this. There was even a 7.0 earthquake in the Philippines a couple of days ago, This occurs when the planet”s plates shift at a tremendous rate and strength. So, actually, we may never know exactly what the numbers generated by mankind’s technological machinery are relative to the “Power” again because so many cosmic energetics are happening daily. Yet, indeed, the turning of Earth/Gaia on “Her” axis and its reception of amazing amounts of LIGHT is absolutely occurring. We are a point in the space/time continuum whereby it is now challenging to give a “number” to the orchestrations of SOURCE. We have entered a completely different dimension of knowledge and experience. So, just on the level of mankind’s capabilities of calculation, I would venture to say that the “Power” is certainly at a numerical level of 6000, especially when we consider that so many people are steadily elevating daily to higher levels of consciousness. People are also reporting lots of “activation symptoms” as they receive the accelerated LIGHT which are more intense than they were several years ago. I hope you understand my analogy and assessment of the ‘Power’.”

       Yes I agree that the results are the same on grading but it is symbolic of the calculation. Simplifying and universalizing can remedy that. The letter or number is not as exact as best to worst since a the best student is not a one or A. Like the student asked to describe the man on stage and the student said; well he looks very confident, friendly, well to do and respectable. Another student replied; I see his right side of his face and scalp, hand, a white shirt, jeans and black shoes. The latter kind of thinking is cool… remedy. Like universal sign language.

   Regarding update 15/1 10:00. Very strange indeed!!! I was meditating just before it happened. Strangely, I did not follow the guided meditation I was listening to, but had this thought of light pouring down my head like rain going through a funnel. Started slowly like glitter going down, then got heavier like proper rain and finally turned into tropical storm rain.
   Straight after I finished, I checked the Schumann resonance on a youtube live stream. I was shocked seeing what was going on, because it looked exactly like the rain of light, exactly at the time of my meditation! I took a screenshot of that and to my surprise, seconds later that was removed and replaced with blackout to exactly the point where the activity started. Seconds later the 277 hours! livestream was ended!

As Earth/Gaia spins faster, “She” will indeed register higher numerically, but we must understand the numbers in a different manner. This will make more sense when you read the upcoming article.

    Surprisingly, today (1/13/21) during the “Max frequency” spike, is the first day I have experienced a sense of calm in months. Past spikes have come with physical aches and pains, anxiety and overwhelm. I was curious about the energy so I tuned into it and Mother Gaia and got the message to ground into my physical body and the present moment. Mother Gaia is purging. Things that have been weighing on our hearts and minds will come up for gentle release. And when we are ready, we will reconnect and ground back to Gaia and the expanding 5D Crystalline Grid in a new way. Peace and Love to you all.

    (Example: 20/12 08:30 The Frequency remained on the base value, or a little above, until 3 UTC when it started to decrease, this led to movements of the Amplitude that with isolated and short duration peaks reached Power 10 at 3 UTC and Power 16 at 5 UTC.)

    I’ve been feeling a lot of pain and a lot of energy of sadness, anger, anguish, loneliness coming from inside me … and this has been happening for years, I still haven’t had a break or a day when I said Wow, I’m feeling today incredible, super good. I’ve only been experiencing pain. And besides going through all of that yesterday, I started to feel pains all over my body, intense pains all over my body as if a train had passed over me a thousand times. I’m from Brazil and here the energies are even stronger because of the South Atlantic anomaly. I don’t know how I’m still alive.

    We are experiencing massive solar flares today and tomorrow. Spaceweather.com has said they are higher than anything that has happened before (or at least for a very long time). About 90 minutes ago I started feeling very woozy and light-headed, like I was walking sideways in a fun house with the floor moving. Very weird. My wifi has gone down several times.

    I asked my Pendulum what is going on with the differences in values on the Schumann Charts. She said the Italy one is correct. The Russian one had crashed by a negative entity and is being manipulated so the true data won’t show.

    PRAISE GOD FOR DISCLOSURE NEWS That new graph very important. Russian sight. The normal graphs can show calm but our people’s ears are ringing & body’s being pulled to earth. This new graph will show hard spikes when all other graphs show calm. Notice light energy(green) show up & end same time everyday. This started shortly after first 65 satellites released earlier this year. Almost every Sunday morning this chart will spike especially affecting our Light Workers.Evil fighting’ back.     There is SO MUCH pressure in my head, around my temples, toward the top of my head. It feels as though something is INSIDE, pushing outward. I get this a lot. But it has been gradually increasing throughout this year. I did go to the hospital, twice in one week, back in March, but all tests came back clear. Does anybody here feel this intense pressure in their head? Sometimes it freaks me right out!

      Michelle, We all receive a very high light vibrations at this Time. You can feel pressure, tingling on the top of your head, light pain or pressure at the right side of the head, pressure,/whistling in your ears and more.         islam, I consider myself to be spiritual, and all is ONE, yet however, everything I have been reading, listening to and seeing points in this same direction…last night I was reading a dissertation on the causes of cancer from a Christian point of view, and this quote from the Bible was so similar to yours from the Quran:

        “I the Lord am not easily angered and show great love and faithfulness and forgive sin and rebellion. Yet I will not fail to punish children and grandchildren to the third and fourth generation for the sins of their parents”

        What my take is on this quote, is that we have for a long time we have desecrated our Mother earth, defiled her land, polluted her waters, caused certain species of plants and animals to become extinct, robbed her of her life giving prana with the toxic chemicals we produce for our industries and pleasure.

        This is the WORLD’s wake up call!!! Wake up & learn to save her, save our species and create a Brave New World with peace, love, unity, understanding & forgiveness.
        (and I have also been experiencing tingling, a headache for the first time in years early this week)

      I have been filled with wonder over this new “thing”? It looks like something moved into coherence? If you check out the previous dates we’ve seen these lines slowly becoming more and more visible. Now they are freakishly defined. Also if you look closely it looks digital in nature, to me anyway. Little lines spikes, and patterns deep in the wave form. I have no clue what I’m looking at but I’ve been watching this type of picture since 2009 when I heard about it. Let me tell ya this looks amazing though. Never have I seen this. I thought the bright column and voids were cool but this takes the cake.

      Sep. 2nd…..crying like a baby today. Remnants of weird dreams, can’t quite put it together but trying so hard to remember. Definitely something about Pachamama. Oh my, what strange times. I’m sure many of you out there have experienced the same thing but I remember being around 11 years old way back in the mid 1960’s and thinking I came here because I have an important mission to accomplish.       Namaste Unicorn! Sometimes indeed it is necessary to re-locate in order to find peace. However, remember, as the Earth is elevating to a higher frequency, so is the creation upon “Her”. As this shift occurs, all that is dense and dark rises up too, but it is destroyed by SOURCE. Those who center themselves in the LIGHT are protected. In other words, there may be no perfect other place to be just yet while all of the shifting and adjusting is being done. The only way to insure total peace is for small groups of people to get together and form special communities. This is not practical in a world where bills have to be paid, where people have to go to work and school, etc. If your environment is filled with disrespectful people and chaos, then definitely move to a better environment.     40 to 100 Hz is 5d! When we see a whiteout all the way across from top to bottom which will be the grand solar flash we will be fully in 5d for the planet.     Ahh these higher energies feel so much better … when the frequencies are low… under the 25 /40 range … my body aches … and prone to mishap, stubbed toes, burns, wobbles … when you are used to higher vibration, it is extremely difficult to maintain balance.         Depending when you awakened and became aware of the frequencies of your body temple … you have made strides of integration of energy and within the higher energies, we CALIBRATE the frequency. You KNOW from your Inner / higher self what FEELS right, what feels good. When we raise our vibrations through our SOUL… not in the 3D sense, we do A LOT of inner work and the resonation within the higher energies is due to the “clearing” that you have already completed. … so when the vibrations are low (this applies to any setting) it feels very dense, very uncomfortable … you feel out of sorts, not in the “right place”, etc.

        What I share with my clients, when in this situation. ACCLIMATE to the highest part of your heartspace to feel more at ease! CREATE a space with components of Love, Joy, Compassion. Kindness … you ultimately have the power to CREATE a space of Light, regardless of vibration!

    Does anyone have the same problem? It seems that my blood pressure depends on Frequency – when it’s low, my (otherwise normal) blood pressure drops; I woke up today with 82/65 and 165 BPM heart rate… Barometer is low, too, and full moon is coming. I am patient, I stand in the Light. There’s a thought coming back to my mind, that I must share: Humanity HAS TO REMEMBER that we are linked to Everything.

    I am new to Schumann Resonance science, but am hoping someone could help me understand the state of this frequency from May 13th through May 15th 2020. My location is relatively DFW, Texas.

    This time period has peaked my interest, because we experienced an increased frequency saturation sometime that Wednesday, peaking Thursday, and ending approximately Friday midnight cst.

    I have concluded, this is not resulting from 5G cellular usage in this area, but may be HAARP related, due to a resulting storm front Friday night into Saturday. More data crunching required for that hypothesis.

    Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

      Does anyone else get visuals in the eye right before the Schumann Resonance goes up. I also get ear ringing. But the visual last time was interesting. Looks like DNA. Then shows something petroglyphs. Then finishes with a massive Torus. Usually last 30minutes and within hours the Shumann Resonance goes off. Usually high up in the 90s.

    Hi, I want to share my conclusion about one thing. Yesterday I saw movie about Bosnian pyramid, and at one moment dr. Sam said that they mesaure in tunels EM frequency of 7,3 Hz and that is normal Schuman Earth frequency but we humans raising it because of our EM polution. On this Schuman graphs I see amplitude peaks but at that same time frequency is droping and that was strange for me because everybody said that fequency is rising. My conclusion is that frequency of Earth should drop to its natural value and this graph showing this, mother Earth is healing itself. But at the same time our conciousness/energy is rasing because we are all inside this Earth vibrations. Namaste

    This blast woke me from my sleep and I felt a huge surge in energy and heard the sound of energy waves, almost similar to power lines but very faint. I had a feeling we were receiving a blast and then sure enough, it’s 138!…Also, I have a very different reaction from this blast as opposed to the one from earlier this week that made me nauseous and tired. I feel tons of energy today.

      What you describe is the same for me. I wished that we knew more about it, and that there was more scientific information on how effects us. Initially, I thought it was my hearing, so I enrolled in a study on tinnitus.

      Four separate audiology studies by researchers over a period of 6 months indicated the noise was inside my brain. And, sometimes it’s dead silent. Hearing aids are of little or no use for most of us that can hear it.

      It was while researching tinnitus that I came across the Schumann Resonance and made the connection. I know when it’s at high amplitude, but I’m also keenly aware when it’s silent. The silence can be unnerving.

    Yesterday my usually mild mannered partner and soul mate, exploded for a very mild thing and now it looks like we are over. He said his brain was felt fried. I wonder if Schuman has anything to do with it. Son also had two migraines over the last few days. I am not sleeping and finding it hard to eat. Very nauseated. When will things settle again? This is crazy, with the supermoons etc, I am so out of balance.

      Also, I just finished reading Dolores Cannon’s book “The Three Waves of Volunteers and The New Earth”. I couldn’t put it down! It finally dawned on me why the Schumann Resonance is increasing, duh! If we are supposed to be increasing OUR vibrations to match the shift to 5D, it’s because Mother Gaia is also increasing. Almost as if to shake it all off and re-purify. Bless her!

        Kaleigh, yes it’s rising rapidly and we’re currently sitting at 8Hz from a base of 7.83Hz. It may seem small, however it’s actually quite significant.

        Getting Earth to a flat 10-20Hz, stable at all times is really where we want to be headed and continue up from there until we’re at 1000Hz or 1Khz. Other densities exist around 20kHz+

        They’ve updated the site to simplify readings so you can just look at the 4 circles to tell you exactly where we’re at :).

    Awesome data. Could you add a power bubble for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th harmonic? There are many out there that still like to associate the the power with the frequency. Adding bubbles for the main harmonics may make it easier to grasp.

      I have felt the movement in the ground my whole life. Up to the point that I could feel my bed shaking at times. I’m very sensitive to mother Gaia. Lately the movement has been extreme I feel it all the way into the upstairs apartment, the light the air about is very heavy. A feel to it which affects my back and gives me headaches. again I’m very sensitive to mother Gaia and all the world around her. I often wonder if there’s other people like me that feel the ground movement. When I was a child I would fall a lot and my mother could not figure out why. Until I told her that I felt like I was walking through rushing water all the time I still get that feeling at times, but now it’s just strictly energy complete energy kind of hard to explain and then at times I feel a direct shock coming up from mother Gaia. I feel honored and blessed that I’m able to have this beautiful gift from God

    So.. has anything offworldly happen in anyones imagination? Did you follow the scenerio through? Did you notice the portal between events that you actually go through? And how did you feel?

    I got guided to some kind of library made of what seems gold. Everything golden lined diamond shiny… but very vivid. Large spear shaped building in the middle of the city?

    i got guided to put on some kind of crystal nano tech armor.. my dead cousin was there… but he look different.. he had armor on too. I merged with a lady that floated down from the sky that had the armor on too… Hers was blue crystal and fitted, i had a black one on.

    I went through a portal and was in the hands of lizard giant humanoid. I was as tall as a finger. He was sitting on stone chair carved out of the wall in a large cave structure but chizzled to elegance. Can see outside at the surroundings… really red hue. Lots of large lizard beings crawling and moving around. Very organized. He said he loved me..

    More portals i walked through…

    it was extremely different kinds of beings that look like they would eat you saying they loved me… in many different circumstances or scenarios? Many seem human.. but you feel them as not to be so… just an image… like being fearless in the feeling of being aware that you are sitting next to a vampire in real life.

    I go through a portal… it was lined with a thin rainbow color.. opened very strangely.. like the embers eating away at paper from different points until they connected.. it was a strange black color… like shiny black but extremely dark…

    im orbiting Earth in dark crystal structure extremely large… extremely advanced… there are holographic clipboards? in many places and they have many layers per hologram… i have no body… im a light when i look at myself somehow? Like the blinding light of falling space debri.. very bright small pinpoint sized white light with the rainbow beams gleaming from it. The crystal seems to have everything from earth and more…
    There are no bodies.. i feel others though but i cant see them. The dark crystal is alive and speaks in many expressions of voice with the deeper tones being more prevailing… i asked about the hologram of technology that looks like a skateboard that can fly… then i got sent a feeling that is extremely hard to explain… i felt like a child… or a baby being fully aware and admiring the sky… the space around me felt very crisp… i was in the main room of the craft? Everything crystal… just an empty room with a big window? in front.. an overhead view has the front of the room at a 45 degree angle. There are veins of crystal rainbow light going through the perfectly geometric crystal structure. The room was very maleable and can move. The interfaces and tools needed showed up as holographic n interactive… no panels. No buttons. Just thought moved everything. It was orbiting the Earth with the front of room facing earth.. like when you spin a top on the ground.. but this top is a giant crystal structure.. and its spinning on an orbital path for the moment. The whole crystal structure was extremely maleable.. like enourmous… but can be shrunk to the size of a quartz crystal in your hand… it was alive and breathing for sure… the feelings of beings around me said…we are you in the future as you in the now can think of yourself in the past. Said the thin lines between love and hate will be removed within our awareness… along with other relative topics… like right and wrong… also this physical world and the thin line of between the imagination that procedes it has been removed. We will meet when the earth reaches its max frequency at a constant rate. In human measurements, 40 50 hz?

    I dont know what im typing honestly.. and take me with a mountain of salt haha but its so vivid…. and so many different colors you can comprehend n so many things and “no” things that human words will never be able to express or explain. I dont even care if im labeled.. my heart is speaking and my mind has an urge to translate.

    Things will be different soon, and forever after. Like one great push or rot melting off something once alive and organic. Dreams are clearer, more frequent after months of blank sleep. Something is telling me “Soon, and sooner than you think.” Giddiness. Unlike me. I’m smiling more, almost celebratory, but over what I cannot put into words. Something’s happening, or culminating into one point. Chaos and confusion melts in reverse into a solid thing that everyone, at once, can comprehend and see clearly. This is definite and sure, and I don’t know why I have such feeling of certainty and catharsis. Be prepared for frightened confusion and followed quickly and swiftly by realization, calm, studiousness, and high attention. I can comment no further, other than relay an intrinsic feeling of abrupt understanding and revelation. I think this involves everyone on the planet. It is an enormous sense. Good luck and, expect something. But whatever it is, it give me great hope.

    Hello! Thank you, Disclosure News, for the work you are doing to help us understand. Thank you, Dr. Schavi M. Ali, for your kind patience and love. Thank you all for searching for answers, for trying to understand what cannot be understood, for listening more and more to your heart.
    I was very glad when I stumbled upon this site and I am here to tell you that my blood pressure dramatically drops when the activity is strong. Normally it is around 120/80 and 72 – 80 heart rate and I am a 58 years old, healthy woman. In the 90’s it happened once in a while and I blamed stress, fatigue and didn’t mind. Then it got more often, four- five times per year. It’s not nice to have your heart beating at 180, even if the next day you’re perfectly ok.:), so I went to the doctors, to alternative medicine, took tests but everything was just fine. The last heart specialist I saw told me that I should not worry because my heart can take up to 250 bpm. So I bought a barometer to check if the weather had any influence, and a blood pressure monitor and I started to write down every time when my heart went crazy. In the last couple of years I thought that my sensitivity increased. My BP drops almost every month. When rain is coming, I feel it 24 -48 hours before. But after I found this site, I checked my notes and I was amazed to see that on the 26-27th of February I had 93/79/147. On the 12th of March it was 97/68/160. Today, after two cups of strong coffee, it was 86/63/91. So, yes, I’m gonna be even more patient and send and receive even more love, peace and harmony. May the LIGHT be with you and ease the pain of those who suffer.

       This happened to me as well. My ears have been ringing each day louder and louder. I noticed earlier in the week the birds were so loud outside. During meditation, I was told after every war or pandemic, revolution comes.

       I was wired and up until 5 am, fell asleep and awoke at 6:20 am after having a vivid dream of looking at jeweled rings on my hand and spinning them, then a phone rang. And someone on it was chanting in Sanskrit and I woke up and began praying to God.

       Fell back asleep and woke at 10 am full of the most energy I’ve had in ages.

       Sat outside with socks on to connect to the Earth and ground, nothing but vibration after vibration pulsing through my body.

       The past few years makes so much sense now. Everything is becoming clearer.

     I suspect that some data is being hidden (purposelessly not provided). On Feb 21, 2020, there is a gap in the data from 7 to 12 GMT, and coincidentally I noticed a huge ringing in my head beginning at 7 GMT and I made a point to check the resonance on this page when it was posted the next day. I have noticed head ringing and feeling unwell that often corresponds to spikes in “power” on this site. I wonder exactly how high the resonance went in that time period because it felt very powerful to me.

       I’ve been following the SR for a few years, but only in the past few months have I been able to directly correlate the power with my body’s physical reaction. When the SR is low, I feel down, very dense, when it spikes I immediately feel better, as in “POW! I’m riding this wave!” I knew the tide had turned this morning when I felt like a million dollars and the SR peaked at 170.

       I have come to believe that how one feels related to these spikes and dips depends on the vibration they hold themselves. I’ve been on a ascending timeline since 2001, working to raise my vibration via nutrition, exercise, meditation, DNA clearing, chakra balancing etc., as well as cultivating a close and loving relationship with Gaia. I’m thinking this is working finally to help me stay in tune with her as we co-create her fifth dimensional plane. Wee! It’s a wild ride but ascension is happening.

       It seems that a plasma wave (particles of radiation) were being stirred-up outside of our solar system, and they soared to Earth due to solar wind streams which have picked-up in speed and strength causing fluctuations in Earth’s “Schumann Resonance” (now referred to as “Power” on this website) resulting in elevated weather patterns around the world such as lots of snow here, snow in rare places (like Bhagdad in Iraq), heat in other places, floods, etc. People and animals were stirred-up in their nervous systems. These are very potent times of cosmic vibrations. By the way, I am in SE Michigan. I see you are in Northern Michigan.        This resonated with me, so I wanted to share. Since Easter, I have woken twice during the night (different occasions). After a few moments, I start shaking and cannot stop. It lasts for about 15-30 minutes.

       It is a burst of adrenaline, coupled with erratic heart arrythmia and an elevated pulse. I had a few similar episodes a few years ago. I had a complete checkup (heart CAC/EKG etc.) so I am very confident it is not a heart-related issue.

       I suspect that whatever/however it is affecting me, could also be affecting your dogs.

     Hello. I read a bunch of comments to try finding an answer to a question I have, but there are so many comments so I’ll just ask.
     I heard good things about playing 136.1 hz, corresponding to the frequency of earth (I think 136.1 hz is just some octaves higher as the 7.83 hz). But some people gave me the impression that it’s the frequency of earth that has been changing a lot the last years, so then I guess it wouldn’t do much good playing the frequency. But did I understand correctly that the frequency of earth is not really changing, but just the amplitude? So playing the frequency would still work?

       My research indicates that even the frequency (cycles per second) of Earth is changing from its 7.83 level as well as the amplitude. Earth and the entire Milky Way Galaxy is being steadily elevated to higher vibrations as they move thru the Photon Belt. The galaxy is only in the first of twelve vortices, which will take approximately 12,000 years to traverse, but we are still feeling the energetics of this profound cosmic movement. Consequently, the frequency and amplitude of Earth will continually be different from time to time. After all, an old scientific law is that “the only constant is change.” I use tuning forks and Tibetan bowls for the various chakras on myself and others, realizing that the physics which governs Earth’s movements and all creation upon “Her” will change as time moves on.

       I just read an article about epilepsy. There was an experiment done a while back and when they played Mozart’s 144K, the children who had seizures, experienced a drastic reduction in them. Perhaps the same type of thing could be done for Alzheimer’s?

       I’m not sure if links are allowed here. But i read something at space.com that might explain the blackout on the Schumanns resonance. Quote: “A mysterious cosmic event might have ever-so-slightly stretched and squeezed our planet last week. On Jan. 14, astronomers detected a split-second burst of gravitational waves, distortions in space-time … but researchers don’t know where this burst came from.

       The gravitational wave signal, picked up by the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO) and the Virgo interferometer, lasted only 14 milliseconds, and astronomers haven’t yet been able to pinpoint the burst’s cause or determine whether it was just a blip in the detectors.

       Gravitational waves can be caused by the collision of massive objects, such as two black holes or two neutron stars.          There were several blackouts in 2019. Late night April 18th was one of those events when a the SR graph went black, from roughly 14:20 to 17:00 UTC. While I personally have been blessed with moments of both physical and telepathic contact beyond my ability to explain, these interactions offered validation to what others around the planet are experiencing.
         There are some people on the planet, whom, are in constant contact with “guardians” of Earths Ascension. The information exchanged during these interactions report these energetic events as shifts in the 3D timeline. I have no understanding about what this term actually means.

     I’m not a musician but If you think about it, Gaia is singing to us. If you consider the measure as four days (in quaternary bar/measure) you get one to two musical notes per beat. You may get the notes comparing the frequencies (in the amplitude scale, for instance considering the amplitude A1 as the first “voice”). Even, if you think, the duration of the note is the duration of the pike. I’ve made a simple melody (arranged) with the Schumann resonance of my first ten days of vacations in Turkey, in August. it was surprisingly melodic. So… If there are music artists around here, why not try to compose a beautiful melody song by Mother Earth?

         Yes, “Mother Earth” singing makes so much sense. After all, “She” has consciousness. “She” reacts to the situations and activities done to and upon “Her” like people engaging in warfare or political chaos or sociological discord or economic confusion, etc. Also, “She” appreciates the loving treatment of caring for animals, taking care of children and the elderly, planting beautiful gardens, appreciating all humanity around the world, respecting “Her”natural resources, etc. Since solar flares are low, and the “kp index” which registers disturbances to Earth due to cosmic events is registered as “quiet”, then “Mother Earth” is definitely doing “Her” own thing without cosmic or human intervention. Creation is being transformed and upgraded.

     Aloha! 🙂 These frequency amplitude turbulences and Schumann frequency increasing since 2014 could be in fact be very disturbing, e.g.for me it meant many sleepless nights……. What do you think about “supplementing” the original 7,83Hz frequency ,which relates to very healthy alpha state of mind (and body 🙂 There are some devices on the market that generate this frequency in the places we sleep,rest or work. Please share your opinions on that.

Before using devices, I recommend natural substances such as “Rescue Sleep” by Bach Flowers (available at any good health food store), or “White Chestnut” by Bach Flowers, or Chamomile Tea, or Hops Tea. Also, place a Lepidolite, Celestite, and a Blue Calcite gemstone in your left palm (receiving side of the body) for a few minutes while you are in bed at night, then place them under your pillow or on your night table next to the bed. All of these modalities help with obtaining sleep. With the Bach Flowers remedies listed above, place two drops under the tongue. Both can be used at the same time. Sleep disturbances are being experienced by people around the world as cosmic rays penetrate Earth’s geomagnetic field and the Schumann Resonance goes up and down.

       I have a Schumann Resonance machine I bought from Australia, and you can play different resonance’s on it. You won’t hear anything, the frequency comes out of an antenna that you have near you for 15 minutes. You can also look up Schumann Resonance on YouTube and there are plenty of meditations in that ‘normal’ range that you can listen to anytime of day, but especially before bed.

       Earth/Mother Gaia is raising her frequency and vibration. Our frequencies and vibrations are being raised as well and your body will adjust to them that’s all. It is a common effect and will not last. Some people need extra rest and sleep because the high energy will drain you quicker at first and some have trouble falling asleep. I just call on my guides to put me to sleep.

     as far as i understood, the Schumann Resonance has a constant frequency of 7,83 hz but the amplitude sometimes gets very big, by cosmic reasons such as the magnetic field of the sun and rays from others stars.
     Bigger amplitudes mean more energy and more energy means a higher consciousness of the earth and so a higher consciousness of the global living beings?

     Did i understand that right?

     So where is that all going ?

     Are there specific dates or a range of time where a big shift is happening like so many people claim?

     What is going to happen then? New economy, new countries, new orders, i don’t know what to expect, what do u recommend?

       Its all about LIGHT: Within the electromagnetic spectrum of light, the higher the frequency, or, the shorter the wave, the higher the transmitted power. ..which is measured in Ghz. or Nm. The full spectrum of visible light, from just above ultraviolet (380nm) to Red (720nm) just below Infrared, is created by three specific colors: RED, GREEN and BLUE. The frequency of White light is created through a balanced integration of these three colors, where they equally overlap each other.
       Where is all this going: This “shift” is not created on its own by magic, this shift is actually the result of an exchange of energetic frequencies that begins with a shift in Human consciousness (energy) from just 144,000 people, who collectively transmits this conscious energy into the Universe.        There’s a direct correlation between Human brain waves and Schumann Resonance (SR), which is the electromagnetic frequency of Earth. Brain waves and SR waves are measured as an energetic frequency in Hz. (cycles per second) Through symbiosis, the Human brain resonates at a comparable frequency of Earth. That’s exactly why months ago I suggested the term “Consciousness Currents” ( CC) to better express the vibrational frequency of Earth and the connection it has to human mind energetic oscillations. However, many people were more comfortable with the original science term “Schumann Resonance” named for the German Physicist, Dr. Weinfried Otto Schumann, whose research was published in 1952. I understand how people can be sometimes more comfortable with traditional scientific experimentation and publications. Now the term “Power” is used, however, to reflect the more “spiritual” aspect rather than the strictly traditional science aspect, and I am fine with the word. I just want people to realize that there is a connection with Earth’s vibrational frequency and human levels of consciousness as well as the fact that cosmic events such as plasma waves, co-interaction regions, super-novas, etc.–all affect Earth’s geomagnetism as well. As an ancient teaching states: “As above, so below; as below, so above.” In our modern times, some people have added: ” As within, so without”.          Seen a handful of orbs in the last few days. Some the size of an orange. Even my infra Rd motion camera took 2 photos clearly showing a large orb. Not dust. They meander slowly and turn. Bluish grey translucent. The odd gold one popping in and out quickly.

             I have had that happen and saw a chiropractor. It was worst at night. Alcohol and pain relievers didn’t help. The chiropractor did, he adjusted my arm and told me that in a couple days the pain would go away and it did. While going keto, I became aware of my electrolyte levels and 1 way I know that they are low is that my arm starts throbbing again…I drink some electrolytes over an hour and its gone!

       Scientifically, the numbers reflect hertz levels of vibrational frequency. For example, today, Monday, 1/20/2020, the “Power” level is “57” . From “40” to the level of “100” , the hertz level is considered “high gamma” LIGHT rays. This level allows for processing of new information and the re-setting of cellular memory. It is a VERY potent level. Thus, this is when DNA (dioxyribonucleic acid) is truly being transformed. This is also when the nervous system can be stirred-up due to such powerful incoming LIGHT waves. While Earth is receiving such high-powered frequencies is when we need to relax more in order to acclimate to the energy. There can be physical, mental, and emotional discomfort as adjustments to the frequencies are made.

         I am unaware of the formal definition, however, from what I can tell, F1 thru F4 indicate the differential wave forms shown on the “Quality” graph. Each “F” factor represents different ranges or bands of high/low SR frequencies. The F ranges are not finite as the ranges of these frequencies change in amplitude from day to day.
         I suppose these wave forms reflect the “Quality” of the resonant vibrations ..as I notice a direct correlation between this F metric, and how I personally experience the days energetic frequencies.

     15th missing data, some of the other charts and graphs had some data for the time, like the background frequencies, I know one of them only went to 30 if you compare all of them, it paints a picture. Some of the solar data of course had blanks also. Looks like the missing data could have been high numbers. Did anyone else see these things? None of the charts were all in the same place and as prettily put together as the graph we all seem to use.

             Until 2014 SR had never measured higher than 35 Hz. then consider the fact that the highest resonant frequency ever measured happened on Dec. 6th 2019 when it reached an amazing frequency of 158 hz.. An SR measurement of 170 hz. is something we’ve never experienced and without having a frame of reference for what might happen, I guess some people are frightened by the unknown.

       All my recent Synchronicities connected with My Ex, the Norwegian Dark Witch –
       – A few weeks ago, on the 2 yr Anniversary of when he deliberately broke my heart in a very cruel way, one of the bushfires here in NSW spread to the area where he owns a property.
       – About 1-2 weeks ago, another of the fires here in NSW burned through the town where one of his daughters lives.
       – A few days ago, Penrith was hottest place on Planet Earth. Penrith was where he had my ex-psychologist bashed twice about 12 months ago.
       – A couple of days ago, the activity at Norway. He is Norwegian. One of his parents was from Norway and the other from Sweden.
       – Spirit guided me last night to wear the Jolnea he started making for his late wife and then he finished making it for me.

           Namaste! Perhaps the “Heliospheric Magnetic Field” is the same thing as the “Heliospheric Current Sheet” which the Earth is moving thru. This field of intensified frequencies pulls upon the gravitational field of Earth and the central nervous system of creation (which includes humanity), and the result can be feelings of anxiety, fatigue (or its opposite–feeling very energized), and sleep disturbances or strange dreams when sleep does indeed occur. What may add to these activations is the coming Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on Friday, January 10th, which although not a total eclipse–only a partial one–will still be potent due to its being in a constellation in opposition to so many planets: Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto, and Ceres. The Moon will be in Cancer in the Western Tropical Zodiac and in Gemini in the Sidereal/Vedic Zodiac which makes the opposing planets mentioned in either Capricorn or Sagittarius.              Sono-luminescence is a star created from a bubble in a jar of water, they says the bubble collapse so violently that the atoms slam together and creates a burst of light that’s not exactly what is happening, the sound causes the atoms to vibrate which causes heat from friction and the heat causes the bubble to swell to the point of popping, now the outside of the bubble is highly negatively charged and this negative water hits the positive atoms inside and it creates plasma electricity and the electricity creates the bubble to swell and collapse again, it’s the negative fourth phase of water which is H3 O2, I also believe that the firmament is water with high voltage going through it, high voltage created a 4 cm bridge from water so scale that up if the voltage is there and I believe it would become the impenetrable dome, now if I’m right and they manage to pop the firmament, there would be all that negative water falling at great speed and slams into the positive atmosphere which would create balls of plasma ( comets ).
             If you were stood there watching the firmament popping you would see thousands of comets followed by the stars falling to the earth followed by a mighty wind because of the ocean above falling then there would be volcanoes and earthquakes from the waters above creating different pressures in different areas of the tectonic plates.
             The plasma and eruption would create a lot of shit in the atmosphere which would eventually fall and create the mud flood. This is just my theory but backed up by the Bible with the stars falling to the earth followed a mighty wind that blows the figs of the fig tree.

             But also science is showing that there is nothing out there which is a headache in working out.
             For the top physicist to say our reality is the same has computer code they must be changing it, they certainly are not looking down a powerful microscope and seeing ones and zeros, so that means we are in a matrix which would mean that there is a hard drive, now in the experiment in showing water holds memory I believe I know where the hard drive is to our reality, in the experiment a listening device was used to record the electromagnetic field coming from the water to later reconstruct the DNA that was once in the water from the recording, this told me magnetic fields holds memory so that made me think is our hard drive in earth’s magnetic field? I got my answer seeing what looks like magnetic frequencies being created by SpaceX and CERN with their powerful magnets being turned on and off in sequence exactly the same way a computer stores data. They have found a way to change and manipulate our reality but in doing so it is causing the earth magnetic field to weaken. There is talk of the poles flipping which I would put money on the frequencies coming from SpaceX and CERN being the cause but no one else is talking about theses frequencies that I show coming of SpaceX. I’ve used science along with observations to show how the Mandela effect is being done, but I’ve also shown what could be weakening the earth field and also causing the Poles to move. There should be more talk on what is observed

         On the 11th, we will have a Coronal Mass Ejection plasma event from the Sun arriving. Tomorrow is the Lunar Eclipse, the 11th is also the Pluto-Saturn Conjunct and the 13th will have us in the middle of another massive blast from the Star that went Supernova Shockwave, which will be the 3rd shockwave we’ve received, the first 2 were in December.

Did any of the Ascended Masters attain their ascensions by acting like parasites and trying to hitch free taxi rides into the Higher Realms – NO. Everyone who wants to attain Cosmic Consciousness needs to do the work to connect with your own Higher Selves. It’s just the way it is right now. Can anyone cut through Gateways with Swords of Truth – NO! Why? Because Gateways are Truth and Truth cannot cut through Truth. There is so much disrespect for the Sacred in the so-called Ascension Community.        Is it The Birthright of Everyone to Experience The Higher Realms – YES! However no-one is ‘Entitled’ to expect this from another. That is where ‘Birthright’ turns into ‘Self-Entitlement’. Self-Entitlement has a very low Vibrational Frequency. All those who have acted in Parasitic ways to try and shortcut their Ascensions have manifested a Spiritual mess for themselves. It’s actually none of my business but Spirit has shown me what they have shown me. Also important to know – if I were to to somehow magically TaxiBus anyone into The Higher Realms, what would happen? You would end up a freaking mental case and diagnosed with schizophrenia and thrown into a mental hospital! Why?? Because you would not be equipped to deal with what else comes along with Multi-Dimensionall travel if you have not worked up to that level yourself. It’s not all fun and games. There are the constant attacks, the shifting of time, moving between timelines where newstories are different – it’s a total headf*K. It’s non-stop not to mention the depths of the personal work that has to be done for these Energies to come through – it would totally f*K you up if you haven’t made your own way there. I became a Mystic because of the way I used The 12 Steps in the 12 step program. Did you know that some have experienced Mysticism because of the 13 Steps and are now totally f*ked up because of it. Not many but they are on medication and in mental hospitals. You have to start from the bottom and work your way up. There is no shortcut. Learn addition and subtraction before you learn fractions. Need to earn your coloured belts in martial arts before attaining black belt – same as the Spiritual Journey.

I don’t do “empath” much, have a hard enough time with my other inexplicable gifts (or sometimes curses?)

           What I wanted to express is that for me anyway – I paint. Or I create sculpture out of wire, or I write..
           I create something anyway as a means of meditative mindset and it’s been soothing and balancing. The last time the Schumann Resonance peaked for a long time a year or so ago – it took two and a half days for me to get to sleep.
           Recently, with my new “art kick” I have no symptoms at all even when plenty of folks are w̶h̶i̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ complaining about symptoms.
           The occasional focus on breath seems to help too. Along with a stiff drink when it gets a bit too ridiculous 😉
           Stay strong, stay grounded, and fear nothing.

     – There’s a comment by Susan Herskowitz below about Saturn and Pluto on the Aries Axis at same time as Lunar Eclipse on Jan 10.
     One of the NSW Bushfires here in Australia is in an area called Joadja. Nearby towns were advised to evacuate a few hours ago. One of the town’s advised to evacuate is Mittagong where my Mother got me an illegal job when I was 12 at a Service Station Restaurant in Mittagong called the ‘Golden Fleece’.
     – In Greek Mythology, the ‘Golden Fleece’ became the Aries constellation.
     – If this leads to anything, I shall write about it here. In the mean time all the ungrateful, apathetic numbnuts in the Ascension Community with an insatiable appetite for codes – ever heard of gratitude and empathy people. Will get you ascending quicker than obsessing over codes you know.

     Really bad headaches, yesterday and today in North Florida near jacsonville, ringing in ears, it just got pretty bad maybe an hour ago. neighbor said he had migraine yesterday too.
     Tingling feeling at top of head, neck pain, tingling neck, not good going to bed. hurts my ears even though ringing isn’t that loud. Was very very angry yesterday morning (31st) That’s all, are we dying? Feels bad

     2 Weeks ago when I was waiting for a train in Sydney, I started feeling really dizzy and then I felt like I was starting to dissolve and I nearly passed out but then on train on way home, someone jumped in front of the train so that’s why I felt like I was dissolving because I was picking up on the suicidal person and then we were trapped on the train for at least half an hour and the train driver kept saying over loudspeaker that someone was underneath the train and I kept feeling like I was going to pass out.

     I have been following the Schumann resonance closely for almost a year. It was after a recommendation from a collegue who had worked for the army and told that they measured this because it was vital for navigating the sub marines and sending missiles. The Schumann was stabile all the years he was measuring it. The funny thing is that I feel most comfortable when it’s around 35-30. When it’s calm I feel very restless and down. I knew before I checked today’s Schumann that it would be high because I feel absolutley fine and far better than yesterday.

       I have been tracking the SR for way over a year now. I find I feel really good when it is above 30 to 50, when it gets higher, I’m like the energizer bunny on steroids! Lol when it falls low down below 20, I get the headache, and feel sluggish. However when it comes on strong like it did over 70 for 13 hours, it made me sick at first, then I started to feel good. But when it stopped, it was like a crash landing! Wow

     Just out of curiousity, is anyone else going through some extreme life changes and turmoil right now? I know this is what is to be expected by watching and learning about the upcoming astrological conjunction and going into 2020, but I can not turn a corner without coming up against either personal crisis, difficulties, family members with severe problems, and inner angst. I am trying to keep my vibrations up and positive, but it is extremely hard right now. Any others out there?

       I have noticed lots of physical and emotional symptoms among my students and family such as intense fatigue, aches and pains, anxiety, heart palpitations, and depression. Not all of them are experiencing all of these, so it varies. My husband and I have been experiencing fatigue even when we sleep well at night. I have heard from some of my students about others having family and community chaos and confusion. I think that certain dark energies have to surface in order to be faced and released; however, people have the free will to either let go of or hold onto disharmony. Thus, we must level-up in consciousness, learn all we can about what I call “Spiritual Science” while we also learn about the so-called ” hard” science of what is occurring in the cosmos that is affecting Earth and this entire solar system. One thing is that cosmic rays from outside of our solar system are easily penetrating Earth’s depleted protective shields which causes intense radiation to affect all of creation (including humanity) physically, mentally, and emotionally. Mankind’s tampering with Nature and development of harmful technology is a sample of low consciousness that has depleted the shields of the planet. In summation, if a considerable percentage of humanity would elevate and invite peace, love, abundance, etc., we could birth a “New Golden Age”.          Cosmic Radiation has been a big problem for me this year. Even though my Bioresonance Therapist treated me for Cosmic Radiation multiple times this year and I also have shungite crystals in my water purifying urn and sleep with shungite under my pillow, I have kept testing for high levels of Cosmic Radiation.

         I am/have been personally feeling this massive transmutation for some time now. My natal chart, I feel, is going through a pivotal “moment” with 2017-2020+.

         I have Pluto 21° conjunct Saturn 26° Libra 12H with Jupiter 6° Scorpio conjunct ASC 10°. Saturn is opposing my Aries Moon 29° 6H. Pluto and Moon both square my NN Cancer 22° conjunct P Fortune 24° 9H, which opposes my Mercury Capricorn 28° 3H. Sun is Cap 13°, Venus 8° Aqua 4H trine Mars 8° Libra 11H. Uranus 2° Sag 1H, Neptune 25° Sag conjunct GC 2H. MC is in Leo.

         I have always felt different and veen the “black sheep” of the family on all sides. I got swept up in the 3D life and forgot my spirituality for a couple of decades, learning lessons.        Personally I am experiencing the same things but have been able to be extremely graceful when managing some things going in my life right now. I have been exercising and keeping my diet regiment as clean as I can. However, it almost feels as if something above is keeping me sane and comforted at the moment. I do not know your daily activities but maybe try picking up a couple mile walk every day with no technology? I find it extremely blissful, reassuring and fulfilling to get into nature as of late and just breathe in to process events and people in my life right now. Just a suggestion! All love to you

       I am experiencing the same type of situations…I have been on a spiritual journey for about a year…evolving is challenging…Meditation has brought me some peace…I wish there was someone we could go to for help…Spending time alone with nature, spiritual baths and yoga…will also help… I have noticed most of my life changes and/or turmoil is part of my journey for growth…when the frequency is the highest…I try to remember… what was I doing at that time…my lesson on the 29… was about creating healthy boundaries… so I can attract healthier relationships… I think I vibrate at an extremely high frequency… and people are attracted to this energy…aka energy vampires…For 2020…my focus will be…finding more peaceful people like me…

     Hello. The assertion that the Schumann Resonance has been rising or varies substantially in frequency appears to be based on a misreading of the graph. The green horizontal lines represent the fundamental schumann freequency of 7.83 Hz, along with it’s harmonics of 14.3, 20.8, 27.3 and 33.8 Hz, the white areas are in fact nothing more than ‘ambient noise’. There is no scientific data to substantiate a claim that the frequencies have been rising, they have remained the same for decades.
     Please read the following article for a thorough explanation, unless you choose to ignore empirical evidence because it doesn’t fit your New Age belief.

     I have read so many comments and articles about Schumann resonance, and is quite surprising that nobody ever say something out of the logic of it. The high peaks in hertz it doesn’t really mean that we are going through a process of getting a “high consciousness”. I would like to explain my point: if 7.83 Hz is the base of the planet resonance (as is explaining above) it means is the average “heartbeat” of the earth. Equal as the human heartbeat average is for adults 18 and older, a normal resting heart rate is between 60 and 100 beats per minute (bpm), depending on the person’s physical condition and age. For children ages 6 to 15, the normal resting heart rate is between 70 and 100 bpm. So then, the high peaks, fluctuations or disruptions, means that the earth (or human being) is going through a stressful situation that makes the heart or the heartbeat suddenly increase the rate, like something makes you freak out or put you in a runaway, or wakes you up all of the sudden. Then you need to rest or meditate to calm down and recover your average heartbeat. BUT, i’m not saying the human being is not increasing the consciousness. I actually do believe humankind is going through a huge awakening process but it can be proving it (if you need it) with so many others social, politic and economic situations we are going through all around the world. In my opinion Schumann resonance just shows you when the bell has ringing; the call has been heard. Now we stand up on our feet and we made the “change” working our ass off!

       I feel that the higher levels are due to SOURCE continuing to cleanse disharmonious energies and to give us greater illuminations. One of the ways of SOURCE is to clear-away the dangerous energetics of the “5G” currents. I realize that some aspects of mankind continue to create technology that is not good for creation, I am not naive to this; but I have received thru meditation and prayer that those who are truly trying to be connected to SOURCE are being protected both directly and by being given spiritual tools with which to be shielded from harm. For example, the gemstones Black Tourmaline and Shungite have been scientifically shown to deflect-away harmful radiation. Also, oddly sounding perhaps, but Lavender essential oil supposedly removes radiation from the cells and prevents further intrusion. This sounds strange that a simple flower can do this. However, we must remember that SOURCE has given us various ways with which we can safely level-up in vibration and be above harm. These are merely two things to do. Peace and Blessings!

       You need to do a little more research, Franstedt. We are going to 5D. The earth is being nice by going up and down, instead of just staying up. That gives us time to recover and go into the process slow and easy, because when it’s high it can have a lot of effects on our mind and body.      I also feel these fluctuations for years in France (north), and suspected a certain correlation between Ozone Layer and Schumann Resonance. The symptoms observed are more generally tensions between the 3rd and 5th chakra.

         I tend on the oppiste dimension with a 5/4 balance on the nine but their are more than nine…more even than the thirteen. Just my own research. Looks like labor pains to me(the resonance patterns) if I took a guess we are about1/4 way to 5d being introduced…. But I’m not licenced or anything. Just a highly qualified intelligent person who is also an intuitive empath.

       I agree. We must face the truth that there are indeed disharmonious events occurring politically, socially, educationally, religiously, etc. However, I suggest that the way we view these things makes a difference in our daily lives. If we concentrate only on the negative, this will eventuate in physical, mental, and emotional discomfort. Yet, if we only “tiptoe thru the tulips”, we will be ungrounded in reality and incapable of making certain grounded decisions. I believe in prayer and meditation and then following Divine guidance of the Higher Self. This does not mean being naive, but it does mean being knowledgeable about what is happening around the world and then using spiritual and natural methodologies for any feelings of discomfort. Yes, I want LOVE and LIGHT to truly be “normal” on Earth, but I know it will not come until the darkness of economic strife, warfare, racism, animal cruelty, child abuse, etc. are no longer in vogue among collective humanity. I have many times looked for sites that understand the negative must be processed dealt with and then let go but they all come back with I must only focus on positive. As for current events I pretty much don’t get to caught up in the higher ups games. I stick to trying to make a difference one little person at a time helping those whom I connect with to process their feelings in a healthy manner and that’s all I want for I cannot as one person change the world but I can help change the world one person at a time.        It is 8:10 AM on 11/2/2019, and I see that the “SR” is “98” . I am not surprised with the chaos on the planet. Yesterday here in a Michigan suburb, for example, a man broke into a gun shop and proceeded to threaten a high school in the area, and other schools were placed on “lock-down” due to threats. Also, all around the world, there is political and sociological chaos as well as major weather situations (storms, tornadoes, floods, fires). I was not surprised at the powerfully elevated “SR”. People are reporting to me heart palpitations, anxiety, and exhaustion. I suspect more “SR” heightened levels for a few days. A dropper-full three times a day of “Mothetwort” herbal extract will calm down your elevated heart rhythm. Take care.

         I feel like you about the term to measure “SR”.

         I was putting together a few different studies, written on “5D Consciousness,” starting at 40hz and parallel to Dr. David Hawkins’ Consciousness Scale – that he describes the Levels of Consciousness – that would be the level between guilt (30Hz) and apathy (50 Hz).

         My question is: can I say “5D consciousness” in 40 “Power” and not “Hz” – is this the most accurate term?

           I understand your inquiry regarding using “5D Consciousness”. However, not everyone is aligning with that level of elevation. Many people are still at a “3D” level of life. That is why I suggested that “Consciousness Currents” would be a good alternative to “Schumann Resonance”. In this way, each level of the collective human thought process can be taken into account because collective consciousness tends to affect the vibrational frequency of Earth. In other words, human minds are sending and receiving stations, and the Earth is as well. Also, the cosmos receives human thought vibrations and purifies dark energy and sends LIGHT to help the Earth heal. Therefore, “Consciousness Currents” seems to be the most adequate terminology in my opinion because it shows how humanity is governing its own experiences, and thus, the Earth’s electromagnetic energetics. I hope this helps as a further explanation.

             When one refers to a measurement as “Power” another will ask, “power of what?” I’ve seen all the posts regarding the definition of what we’re actually seeing in the SR graph. Although I’m not familiar with the design of the circuit or the apparatus, I believe the system is measuring the electromagnetic frequency and Gaussian- CGS units, is it not?
             As such, I’m of the opinion that since the SR graph often whites out across the full vertical range of the scale, (CGS units) and the horizontal scale (time), is the measurement not based on CGS Units, associated with inverse-square forces used in Coulomb’s law, rather than SI units defined in Maxwell’s equations which have no explicit factors of 4π in the formulae. Could the SR measurement simply be considered “EMF and Power” expressed is CGS units?

I dreamed the earth was spinning faster. Which turns out it’s actually vibrating higher not spinning. But that was my dream. Then I started googling until I stumbled upon the Schumann Resonance.

         Your dream of the Earth spinning could have been symbolic of the actual fact that when the “SR” of Earth elevates at high levels, our molecules spin faster as we vibrate higher with the planet. This also accounts for some of the symptoms of 1.) ringing in the ears as the cochlea or inner portion of the ears is stimulated to activate the pineal and pituitary glands, 2.) heat sensations in the body, 3.) accelerated heart rhythm, and 4.) tingling feelings in the body. I had a dream many years ago of an angel carrying the Earth higher and higher into the cosmos. This represented the Earth indeed elevating to a higher vibration. Our dreams are often very important messages, especially in these profound times. Your dream was very significant.

         I feel that the term “Power” is an excellent one to use since people seem to have issues with the use of “Hertz” or “Consciousness Currents” ( “CC”). Although I feel that “Consciousness Currents” ( “CC”) more accurately explains how human levels of thought, word, and deed affect Earth’s vibrational frequency and amplitude, both “Hertz” and “CC” speak to the power which activates the planet’s “heartbeat”. Certainly we are respectful of the research done in the 1950s by German Physicist Dr. Weinfried Otto Schumann on the Earth’s “Hertz” levels; however, as we move thru these transformative times, we must be willing to elevate to the Higher Mind which is indeed the “Power” of consciousness which has so much capability to create our earthly experiences–including activating the planet’s “heartbeat”. So, I am satisfied with the term “Power”, and I hope we can concentrate on the events in the world which are driving human consciousness and the subsequent vibrational energetics of Earth and not be embroiled in semantical debates. There is too much political, sociological, philosophical, and religious chaos in the world which people MUST REALIZE governs the earthly movements and cosmic energetics which seem to be sending cleansing and illuminating conditions. It is time to meditate, not debate. So, again, the word “Power” is okay with me since many cannot accept my suggestion of “Consciousness Currents” ( “CC”), even though a study of truly spiritual concepts (most of which are very ancient and proving true in our modern world) will show,I feel, that “CC” is more in alignment with both scientific and spiritual truth.

     I need aome information and hope someine can give me an answer. For the past year my body, mind, emotions and consciousness have been going thru tremendous changes. It was rather frightening but I always felt something big was going on behind the scenes. Obviously others have been experiencing these same things. There was a sweet person who entered my life and I finally figured out that the different “personalities” I was seeing him display were actually higher frequencied beings coming thru him; I was receiving Information/Silver Energy thru his eyes. Very powerful beings. At one time we were taken to a different dimension and I saw an amazing gold/pink/white Light of Pure Love in the depths of his eye. This occured in the neighborhood grocery store and lasted probably 3.33 minutes. About a week later Energy shifted ‘in my crown chakra and many things were revealed to me abt this whole process. I realized then that my friend was being used without his knowledge or being conscious. I don’t feel this is right, it’s messing with his emotions and life. I told my handlers I wouldn’t work with them as long as they were using him as a tool and shortly thereafter, over a 24 hour period they took everything away from me. My physical heart was disressed during that time, and since then I am totally and completely cut off from everything. My consciousness is back to 3D, there is no communication from anyone, and even my friend has no interest in seeing me, so I’m cut off from the source of my input of the Silver Energy. When I grasped the scope of this project, I realized this is exactly what I have been groomed for all of my 73 years, this is why I returned to this Planet. So. Can someone tell me if this has happened to them or they know of someone. I am terrified that this is permanent, and I am completely untethered from any guidance or purpose. I feel I’m being punished for my “rebellion’
     but I can’t in good conscience allow someone to be used. CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME ANSWERS????

       Sandy, all I can offer is a look at my experience that happened when the veil was lifted on Jan 6, 2013. I was 58 years old and ever since 9/11 I had become bitter, hateful and prejudice, judgmental and intolerant and I had lost all patience with the society. All of these negative energies hit so hard on Jan. 5th that when I woke up the morning of Jan. 6th I was a totally different person, unexpected and completely unsolicited ..like a divine entity had taken complete control over me. I was the literally the epitome of Christ Consciousness ..with the patience of a Saint, loving and compassionate, so much so that my friends and family began asking questions that I couldn’t answer.
       After two weeks of research and deep introspection, I discovered that I was gifted with a spiritual attunement ..more like a connection or integration to my higher/divine self. After three weeks, everything went away, I was confused and left to my own devises, I soon realized that this gift was only temporary, allowing me to witness what was truly hiding inside me. I knew from that point forward, that my goal was to achieve the state of being that was reflected inside me during those three weeks and that no one ..can do that for me. I’ve been pursuing this goal ever since.
       Maybe what you experienced was also a gift, a vision to guide you or perhaps a trigger to activate something deep inside you. I think what we’re all searching for is something hidden inside us, waiting for us to discover and then commit ourselves to finding and then bring into the Light ..that which we designed ourselves prior to incarnating here on Earth. I believe that we would not have designed these difficult goals for ourselves, if we were not capable of achieving them. I hope this helps..

This was why I incarnated here at this time. WHY would they bring us to the mountain top and then drop me off the cliff? WHAT is the point of that?            Hi Sandy, I feel for you. You are not alone in this kind of experience. Many who talk of getting “upgrades” or “downloads” experience states of higher connection and clarity that then seemingly fall away.
           i think this is a natural part of the process. There are lessons for you to learn from this that you wouldn’t learn from that previous state, trust the process.

           Although i haven’t got direct experience with what you have gone through, i have learned a couple of things that may help you
           – attachment to the “highs” of transcendence can also impede ongoing, integrated transcendent awareness.
           – and a strong desire to find fulfilment/connection outside of yourself can block you from the true essense, the connection to divine within you.
           I just offer these thoughts in case they help. but rest assured, you are not the only one who has gone through similar.

         Bobby I have the same experience two years ago I went to bed asleep irritated angry and I woke up knowing things that I could not explain how I knew feeling a wave that I couldn’t explain why I felt the way that I did patient compassionate any and all pieces of not Prejudice we’re gone absolutely gone. The only thing that I could figure was divine interference and I’m so glad to hear that someone else has the same experience. Thank you for writing this at least it was some validation although I know I’m not crazy I know that I have company.

Has it changed or altered? Ricky (above) suggested these “faster” energies need to be “integrated”. What do you think of that? I am day and night trying to understand why it all went away. My physical as well as energy bodies were prepared for this deeper consciousness for an entire year, and not of my conscious volition. Why has all that “work”been tossed aside?

         Namaste! Wow! Thank you for the serious consideration of my suggestion to use the term “Consciousness Currents” (CC) in reference to the planet’s vibrational frequencies. This certainly will reflect the spiritual aspect of Earth’s energies as the key focus of these transformational times. Human thoughts, words, and deeds definitely have a major effect upon the planet’s inner movements and outer auric field. In turn, our physiology, mental states, and emotions are also affected. Thus, we resonate with this planet and the rest of the cosmos as transmitters and receivers. Then, as mentioned in an earlier posting, purification and illumination occurs to transform both the Earth’s DNA and humanity’s. We truly must bring a more spiritual understanding and discussion to this astounding era we are in, while at the same time, being open to traditional scientific concepts. Perhaps more traditional scientists will realize that they need to study ancient teachings and become “Spiritual Scientists”.

           It was changed as Hz is not correct – the notes/ frequency is not changing, it is the Amplitude.

           I think Amplitude would be most appropriate, as that is what it is. But thinking of amplitude makes me think how much “power” or “energy” the frequency is carrying, so something like “Intensity of Earth Energy” could fit both the science and energetic definitions perhaps…

             SR measurements are made using two induction coils with high permeability cores. They are mounted perpendicular to each other and each are routed thru independent high impedance amplifiers. I’m not sure of the horizontal sample rate, however, looking at the graph, I’d say is fast enough to generate the typical images that we typically see. I believe that the horizontal orientation of the graph does not imply amplitude as one might think, as its only purpose is to allow continuous data collection over time. Depending on the sample rate, the graph consists of individual vertical bars that coalesce to create a vertical/horizontal image, based on the of frequency responses of the coils over time.

             Can you comment on the copied post below? This is a response i received when discussing the peak on the 20th Sept.

             “THE SR DID NOT JUMP TO “99” YESTERDAY. That false info has been circulating. The “99” is an internal measurement for AMPLITUDE (wave size) — not a hertz/ frequency value. The hertz value of the 7.83 did not rise to “99” yesterday. It was the amplitude values that were raised for about 6 hours, due to some type of electromagnetic excitation.
             When there is a Q-Burst or TLEs (transient luminous events) or just an intense bout of lightning, the sudden CHARGE-UP in the atmosphere can affect the SR background spectra. The SR waves (mostly the four peak frequencies – 7.83, 14, 20, and 26 Hz) suddenly experience more “power” or “information” and their WAVE SIZE — height and trough — expands to accommodate the greater activity. That is, their AMPLITUDE changes; NOT their frequency (though, technically, frequency may vary +/- 0.5 Hz, depending on cavity fluctuations.) The numbers on the AMPLITUDE graph do not represent “Hertz” (frequency) but an internal measuring system for wave fullness.
             This AMPLITUDE graph is repeatedly MISINTERPRETED by many in the Ascension and Earth Changes communities. It’s the “A1” (7.83 SR) that typically shows the highest amplitude reading and the corresponding value, in this case “99”, is read by many as “99 Hz” (even though the graph itself does NOT indicate these are Hz values). This misinterpretation leads to false information being spread all over the place.

         With the “SR” being so calm today,10/6/2019, I sense that this vibrational frequency indicates that the spectrum peaks at the Earth’s core are relatively calm and not being unduly affected by lightening strikes. However, when it rises to being in the 20s and above, this would seem to indicate that human levels of consciousness are elevated based upon political, sociological, philosophical frameworks, etc. and that the amplitude is now registering these heightened emotive responses. In other words, I understand returning to the term “Schumann Resonance” ( “SR”) as a more understandable term for many. However, I still believe that “Consciousness Currents” ( “CC”) are a way to express how the human mind affects our planet’s energetics. It adds the spiritual component I spoke of in an earlier posting. May everyone be blessed during these times of profound planetary transformations!

This is the day after the October 2019 Full Moon, and the “CC”/” SR” level seems to be currently quite low–at just “10”, but it may actually be higher once the technology is repaired which gives us the frequencies and amplitudes. With the typhoon in Japan, the increase in warfare in Syria, and the global political chaos, I believe that the level is indeed higher, especially since the Full Moon has moved thru an electromagnetic area of the Sun which tends to activate heightened emotions as both the planet Earth and humanity receives its energetics. In other words, lots of cosmic happenings can elevate the “CC” (or “SR”) levels. Peop!e can also experience numerous symptoms at these times, so relaxation is vital as well as lots of good water which keeps us hydrated and oxygenated while our molecules spin faster along with the planet itself. Heat sensations are another sign of faster spinning molecular structure. SOURCE LIGHT, however, generated thru the Great Central Sun, is both purifying and illuminating creation. Although these are intense times, we are protected, but we do need to connect with our Higher Selves via engaging in meditation more often than many people tend to do. Let us at least envision Earth enveloped in beautiful, loving, bright luminous rainbow light. Peace to All!

         This is 10/15/2019, and the graph is, to use your words–“pitch black”! Could this be due to plasma waves surrounding the planet, or the asteroid that supposedly was not going to affect our planet as it soared thru space, or very low “CC”/”SR” levels, or some other anomaly? This is quite interesting that the technology is having such a glitch in performance. Hopefully, it will be up and running soon. The best information on the “CC”/” SR” levels comes from this website, and the commentaries by others are also insightful.

     Hi, I have been watching these peaks with an awareness of how I feel and global events for a while, to sense for any correlations.

     Recently it peaked at 99 on the day of the global climate strike. I thought this so interesting that I shared it with networks. Some criticised the fact that you represent the info in Hz, as if the actual Shumann Resonance is changing, when in fact it is the amplitude.

     Can yo comment at all on the significance of amplitude peaks, and what is considered base-line? As far as I can tell, many are misinterpreting this info, believing that the SR is rising from 7.8hz to 99Hz etc…

The same scientific materialists are 100% sure Earth is a rock in the space so there can’t be an agreement on what is and how to measure it. Technically the amplitude shown are the Dependencies of the SR Frequency, eventually there is te need to study what it means… think “Vibrational Frequency”…

         I dont agree with materialist interpretations of reality either, however i do believe in representing scientific data accurately, and was told that representing the Amplitude as Hz was not really correct. I’m not criticising the data you present, however i have seen others link to this site claiming evidence that the SR is raising from 7.8Hz up to 40hz, 90hz, etc. As far as i can see, the SR frequency doesn’t change much, just amplitude.

         Unfortunately i don’t understand the science of frequency well enough, and I’m not sure what “Dependencies” mean, so i can’t say much more to your reply. but i appreciate your message, and if you have any links to help me understand or the time to explain further that would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that when there is chaos on the Earth due to either politics, wars, social upheaval, dangerous technological experiments, etc., that the Earth receives the vibrational frequencies of these situations and the inner core shifts and gives off what might be called “energy currents” and that these “energy currents” can be registered as the “SR”. I believe that both amplitude and frequency are changing based upon human levels of consciousness and that trying to connect only mainstream science to this spiritual issue is unwise. Instead of just studying “Science” , we must delve into “Spiritual Science” which goes back to the ancient Vedic scriptures which teach about “yugas” or “ages”. Specific conditions exist within each “yuga”. Earth is experiencing “Kali Yuga”–the “Age of Chaos”. Thus, the Earth’s vibration per second and its length of the vibration are predicated upon the vibrations sent out by mankind’s thoughts, words, and deeds. Then the cosmos responds with purification and illumination in the form of solar winds, plasma waves, etc.–all of which affect the Earth’s “SR”. In brief, I do not believe that the Earth’s “SR” is a base of 7.83 anymore. The base is perhaps in the 20s. It elevates according to all of the foregoing that I have discussed. We are in very different times now from ancient days of the last “Sattva Yuga” ( “Age of Peace”) which was the previous “Golden Age” that Earth will experience again eventually. So, for all of the arguments about “SR” levels, perhaps the term needs to be changed to “Consciousness Currents” ( “CC”).

             As i understand it, the vibrational frequency of human beings has been detected and measured, it is mostly referred to as the Human Biofield, and is extensively studied by the HearthMath Institute. That is not to say that there are not more undetected vibrations and dimensions of the biofield also, but we have some measurement going on, and it does correlate with states of mind/emotion, and does affect other human beings…hence my interest in whether it could also affect the earth’s vibrations.

             we can complain about mainstream science all day, and i mostly agree with you here. but it seems that if we are using mainstream scientific instruments to measure Hz then we are talking about mainstream readings, and we can only be so critical. I see that you’ve changed from Hz now so that clears that up.

             One question i still have is – what is the “base” amplitude reading? ie what does it normally sit at, what’s the average over the past years, or has it always fluctuated like it is now?

             I agree changing the term to something that is not confined to the definition of mainstream science is a good idea to avoid confusion.

             Also worth stating that i am not arguing or disputing the current shifts happening on earth – i believe this is happening also. I am just interested in how this may show up in the physical world (if at all), as i see spirit/consciousness and matter entwined, all one, not 2 separate states of reality.

       Although there are times when an apparent correlation can be made between SR and the energies that are creating the shift in Human consciousness, I do not believe that varying SR frequencies solely represent the energies currently propagating across the planet. I say this because I’ve become very sensitive to the energies that I experience inside myself on a daily Basis.
       A prime example is today, when I was awakened early this morning by frequencies that were not indicated on the SR graph ..and that has become quite common. What I do believe is that Human beings are an integral element in this process ..a process described by the physicist David Bohm, as the Implicate and Explicate order of the Universe. Related to the metaphor of the, “chicken and the egg” , not knowing which comes first, Human consciousness (implicate order) or amplified energy from the Universe, (explicate order) however, it doesn’t really matter as this cycle is indeed happening, causing subtle changes to both Gaia and Humanity.

     I believe humans resonant between earth and something deep in space. Like a radio where man acts as an antenna to pick up greater frequencies than what earth produce. But it keeps us attached to the core like a radio chord. We know a fraction of the mind compared to the knowledge of everything else. There’s a reason why every human can produce the thoughts of where we belong, what do we do here, what is our join purpose. The truth gets unfolded bit by bits every day. But none of the people on the globe are even close to unwrapping the entirety within seconds. We’re a species of questions, trial and error. But, answers we tend to produce very little of.      Does anyone else just feel better when the frequency is higher than around 50? One day, in the last month or two, it was over100 and I felt so energized I thought I was going to lose my mind. On days below 50, I feel less energetic and when it’s below 25 I feel somewhat depressed.

     Just curious if anyone else feels best at 50 or above?

         Today, Friday, 9/20/2019, the Schumann Resonance (SR) level is “99” from yesterday’s high of ” 66″ . It was “98” a few hours ago. It may possibly rise even higher over the weekend. This is the highest level reached in a long while. People are reporting many activation symptoms such as intense fatigue, sore muscles, dizzuness, and stomach upsets. Others are experiencing heightened levels of energy. Thus, the symptoms vary. Plasma Waves seem to be prolific which probably accounts for the elevated SR level. Collective consciousness of varying vibrations is also affecting what we experience from the cosmos. Both necessary cleansings and upgrades/re-birthing of DNA are occurring. The symptoms are similar in both cases. This is a time for lots of self-care as we are also in the portals of the Autumnal Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and spring in the Southern Hemisphere on September 23rd and the New Moon on September 28th. Thus, cosmic energetic frequencies are very potent! May all be blessed who are elevating in consciousness, and may others who are not, soon receive knowledge of the transformative process of creation.

       When the energies are peaking above 100 hz. I feel so connected to myself and everything in nature ..like on March 17th when SR peaked at 150 hz., I felt like I was in Heaven. But over the past few months, when I feel intense energies and check the SR graphs and they’re calm ..I suspect that the transformative gamma energies from the cosmos are still coming in. Either way is fine, as long as they satisfy my dependence for higher frequencies.

     If anyone would listen to this, you’d have your explanation. There are objects, with more than 1000km in size coming down into our atmosphere – yes, sound totally crazy and still is true. These things have very eccentric and strange orbits, some of them are stable – you can set your clock by their daily appearance. How ya say can that be and how to spot em? I’d recommend a polarized lens to make things more clear up there since the light overbrightens everything. When you look closely, you’ll see 3 different cloud layers, some of them even moving contrary directions. The surfaces form clumpy clusters of water droplets, aka clouds. You can see that mass rotating as one piece, not as clouds would. Most of the time you also get a secondary layer and the real clouds we are used to are building the base as they are being pushed downwards and sideways when the thing enters.

       Namaste! I feel you are correct. High SR peaks may be caused indeed by water forces off shore. It will be interesting to see if the SR spikes if “Hurricane Dorian” reaches the state of Florida in the USA. It seems the SR may heighten in some areas only. I say this because flooding and fires are occurring in many parts of the Earth; yet, today, for example, 8/29/2019, the SR thus far is only 19 hertz. Of course, I realize that more than just water forces affect the planet. There are solar winds, coronal mass ejections, solar sector boundary crossings, etc. So many cosmic energetics occur and are occurring daily.

       It looks like som kind of interference artefact. The graph shows the intensities of the first five orders of the Schumann resonance (7,83, 14, 21, 26 and 33 Hz can be identified as kind of blurry bands from left to right). The more intense and the more spread of the brighter colors, the higher instesity.

     It is interesting that the Schumann Resonance peaks thus far today, Thursday, August 15, 2019, on the day of the Full Moon, were at “22” and then ” 33″ –both of these being “Master Numbers” relative to the metaphysical science of Pythagorean Numerology. The “22” is the ” Master Builder”, and “33” is the ” Master Healer”. Is this possibly a bit of a message to those who are elevating in consciousness that perhaps “Mastership can be built by helping the planet to heal”. Blessings to everyone on this first Full Moon of the new Galactic Cycle of Time signaled several days ago by the rising of the star “Sirius” over the Great Pyramid on the Giza Plateau. In ancient Egypt, this star system was known as “Sepdet” which translates as “Dog Star” which the ancient Dogon people of West Africa also recognized.        It cannot be understated, how many governments from around the planet strive to maintain control over the dissemination of information in their country. Beyond that, I think much of the answer relates to the availability of high tech resources and the internet. However, despite limited resources in South America, many cultures south of the equator have been much aware of these shifts in the planet for decades, do to their spiritual connection to the Planet and to its wildlife. While other, less prosperous cultures struggle with a predisposition of fighting for survival, unaware of what’s happening beyond their own vision.
       That said, there are many people here in the USA and from around the world, whom, are facing another kind of predisposition, one of apathy and disinterest while embracing the materialistic nature of more prosperous cultures. The bottom line is, its a personal choice that millions of people aren’t even aware that they have the power within themselves to make …those people whom, are severely limited by religious constructs that have subverted their true divinity for centuries.

     Where do we come from? Where do you find this so called beginning? imagining this, shouldn’t be too hard to figure. Considering we had a twin to begin with, a complete replica to our beautiful Natura. Carrying species, evolved beyond our most comprehensible teachings. Let’s hear about their war, the one that ended it all. The one we’re so close to repeat on our own. Is it even worth it anymore? I journeyed from earth, with Lucy on my side. She told me to look up, until my feet had left the ground. You know you’re moving fast, the moment time turns upside down. The further we went, the more I grew, the more I knew. That my next destination, would prove to be billions of light years up through the creations. So I left my corpse, dead on the ground and as my soul ventured deeper through the universal spectrum, a gate appeared in front of me. She said, witness my end. Tens of nations fighting for totalitarian against their regimes. It was the end of their days, a planet made to break. Lucy told me to seek her seven conscious pioneers. After a couple years, with new acquired knowledge at my disposal. The brink of their end, had finally met. These seven conscious minds, combined in chants and choired one last time. A ritual to send me back, to prevent us from repeating their past. By the end of my trip, Lucy grabbed my hand, said we’re leaving now.        Lots of people (clients, students, friends, family) are reporting physical symptoms during the “Lion’s Gate Portal” which peaks on August 8th. Some of these symptoms are backaches, slight dizziness, ringing in the ears, anxiety, and inability to sleep well at night. As of now, the Schumann Resonance is rather low, but I feel you are correct that as we approach August 8th and perhaps on that very day, it will climb. All of this is perhaps due to the profound world-wide issues occurring on Gaia such as political chaos, sociological tragedies, economic concerns, etc. Earth is experiencing both a cleansing and an upgrading cosmic vibrational frequency. I have suggested that we do a special meditation on August 8th whereby we first envision the planet enveloped in bright healing violet, then peaceful blue, then just very bright light. Afterwards, chant the sound of “AUM” (also seen as “OM”) aloud three times. This should be done morning, noon, and sunset. People may need to go to their cars at lunchtime during work to do this so that they will be private and comfortable. Those at home, can light incense to set ambiance and relaxation. I have even suggested that people take the day off of work on the 8th and be in retreat mode. Those who chant with a mala or prayer beads should select their favorite set and chant “AUM” on each bead and wear the mala all day because its frequency will vibrate throughout their auric field. The simple sound of “AUM” is healing, relaxing, and protective. This “Lion’s Gate” is very special because it comes at the time of the new 13,000-year Galactic Cycle. Thus, we are setting the stage for both now and eons into the future via our levels of consciousness. Gaia is elevating and receiving increased SOURCE LIGHT and is steadily cleansing and upgrading DNA in people, animals, and plant life as “She” elevates. New timelines are being anchored-in as well. I will be happy when peace and love is “normal” on our dear planet Gaia. May everyone have a joyous “Lion’s Gate”!

         The signs and symptoms of physical body transformation couldn’t be any more clear. I imagine that everyone’s on different timelines and our experiences will be different, ..for me the process was quite invasive. I just surrender to it knowing that beyond the discomfort, this is exactly what I’ve been waiting for and I was actually joyful despite the pain. The energy hit me hard around noon this past Sunday and lasted until 2:00 am ..14 solid hours, the headache persisted ..until around 7:00 Am. I tried to sleep thru it as much I could but even that was difficult. I’ll note that ..I actually had vivid dreams of Ascending for three nights prior to this happening.
         I’m not sure if this was just the first round of DNA activation, or to expect more of these powerful transformative energies. Symptoms included, lapses in time during body/mind flashes, disorientation and vertigo, joint and body aches, itchy skin, terrible headache, bloating with gas ..I suppose from toxins being purged, ..and just over all discomfort. I intuitively knew to repeatedly breathe deeply and drink lots of water. We just have to surrender to it, embrace it and just hold the light best we can ..its what we’ve all been waiting for. Love and Light to all..

           I had something similar happen in June of this year.
           Was very strange, information kept coming into my head, all kinds of things about the oceans, animals, how the earth breathes and collects and spreads energy to all of its parts.
           I could barely eat, I could feel vibration through my body.
           It eventually subsided.

       It looks like you were correct. I am writing this at 10:28 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on the peak day of the “Lion’s Gate” on August 8th, and the SR is registered at 74 thus far. It may elevate higher. The weather around the world seems to be challenging as well: thunderstorms and tornadoes in the eastern portion of the USA, floods in India, earthquakes on islands in the Pacific (such as Vanuata), etc. Obviously, there has been a type of “Plasma Wave” which has affected Gaia’s electro-magnetic field and the SR level is responding to the “wave” energetics.
