The weekend is receiving elevated cosmic energetics as we are 10 days away from the Solar Eclipse and 24 days away from the Lunar Eclipse.
LIGHT is coming into the planetary realm with more potency constantly performing upgrades and downloading of information into DNA residing in each cell.
Up and down solar winds—but always above normalcy—and higher level solar flaring along with heightened KP Index ratings seemingly will be the “tune” of the weekend.
Stay well-hydrated, relaxed, and in alignment with SOURCE.
Enjoy a cup of delicious, nutritious, calming “Chai”. The recipe is as follows:
Delicious, Nutritious, Calming "Chai"
- In a tea pot, place 1/4 teaspoon of each of the following: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Turmeric, and Fennel.
- Place three tea bags of Nettles tea or about 1/4 cup of loose Nettles tea in a tea ball.
- Fill the teapot to only half with spring water, stir, and bring the mixture quickly to a boil.
- Turn down and allow to simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Be sure to leave the tea bags or the tea ball in the pot during simmering..
- Fill the rest of the pot with vanilla-flavored Almond Milk. Stir. Allow the mixture to simmer for about a half-hour more.
- Turn off the heat.
- Remove the tea bags or tea ball.
- Stir about a 1/2 cup of organic honey into the mixture (or more for further sweetness).
- Pour into individual cups and decorate with a sprig of mint.

In case this might help anyone for sleep disturbance I discovered a bottle of Passionflower I had ordered but forgot about.
