As has been steadily being reported for many days now, cosmic energetics are significantly rising.
Solar winds are currently traveling as of 12:25 PM (EDT) at 537.3 km/s, and solar flares are in the “C-Class” range.
Neutron counts are “Elevated”.

The “National Atmospheric and Oceanic Administration” (NOAA) chart is showing slow to medium-strength winds converging on Earth/Gaia, surrounding plasma density, and extreme pressure pushing into our planet as the plasma particles arrive.
Yesterday’s “Power” (“Schumann Resonance”) went to “84”, and today’s reading once it is posted could be similar due to the activations upon our planet coming in so potently.
A “Geomagnetic Storm Warning” has been posted by the “National Aeronautics and Space Administration” (NASA) for Saturday, July 23rd at approximately midnight that could be either a “G1” or “G2” level as a full halo coronal mass ejection (CME) soars into Earth/Gaia’s magnetic field.
There is also the possibility of a very strong “G3” storm. Colorful auroras—signs of CMEs—will be seen in the USA in several states.
“Grounding” is often discussed as a necessary process in acclimating to strong incoming LIGHT, and a few of the methods of doing this are below:

Prepare For High Cosmic Energy
1.) If possible, walk outside and stand with bare feet on the ground to connect with the energy of Earth/Gaia so that you can move with “Her” as “She” is activated and illuminated.
2.) Stand outside and place your palms over your heart chakra (right over left),and pronounce the sacred mantra “AUM” (sometimes seen as “OM”) aloud three times. Relax and breathe slowly.
3.) Wear prayer malas of Amber, Boddhi Seed, Sandalwood, or Turquoise.
4.) Drink lots of spring water with lemon for proper hydration, oxygenation, and alkalization. Even though lemon is a citrus fruit, when it enters the blood stream, it gives alkalinity, and the less acidic the physical vessel is the better.
5.) Pull down your “Pillar of LIGHT” for protection.
6.) Meditate to connect-in with your HIGHER SELF/SOUL/SOURCE.
7.) Affix any of the following stones to your technological devices: Black Tourmaline, Shungite, or Amazonite. Often, using lots of technology can be “ungrounding” and can cause dizziness. These stones help to remove harmful electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs).

The next several days are going to be powerful as we approach the “Galactic New Year” on July 25th and the New Moon on July 28th.
Portals are overlapping.
Energetics from beyond our solar system are affecting our planet as well. We are increasing in LIGHT, but as per usual, there are “Light Activation Experiences” (LAE) that come with the process, known more often as “Ascension Symptoms”.
This type of “ascension” refers to elevating in consciousness. As the EMERALD TABLET teaches: “God is LIGHT, and all things come from LIGHT.
God’s MIND is LIFE and LIGHT.” Remember, “Mind” is “Consciousness”. The Sanskrit term for “Mind” is “Manas”.
The English term “Man” in the HOLY BIBLE is actually a reference to “Mind”.
At all times, humanity is either elevating to HIGHER STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS or devolving to lower states. People can choose either road—HIGH or low.
If they choose the HIGH ROAD, they have chosen SOURCE LIGHT FREQUENCY, and they are then the “Chosen Ones”.
To be “chosen” is not based upon so-called “race”, “culture”, or “religion”.
You can “choose” to be “chosen” to elevate by embracing the LIGHT.

Yes. The updates are so welcome. I can gauge and prepare for any difficult sensations. For anyone thinking the symptoms are psychosomatic – they are real physical difficulties that would send many people to a medical facility. I have a very strange, maybe even dumb, question. My husband woke up today with sudden major hearing loss. This has already happened to his other ear several months ago. He was told they could see no cause after a MRI. He is receiving chemo treatments now, but the first ear hearing loss occurred prior to the treatments. Could there be any connection with the energies?
