Been reading messages since 1995 on the very basic internet of that time. Pretty much read everything possible.
I’ve had 100’s of alien encounters, but I’m searching for specific events that happened.
Now come to the sudden change of going into 5D mutated into 4D only and it will take ages to pass through 4D. So much 5D hype the past 3 years or so, mostly the last couple of months.
Go outside and interact. Nothing has changed, the robot army continues to line up for BS that has been stomped into their brains with a boot. I am not seeing anything different going on each day that passes.
There is only one true solution: the planet needs to discard the unawakened. They are a heavyweight holding us down. They will never awaken; they will die of fright before any of their minds click.
Unawakened are proud to enforce draconian laws that give them that false sense of security. They are dying from fear and anxiety, not a virus. The awakened are a minority, a targeted minority.

I continue to be amazed at all the help the Earth and its inhabitants are getting from Higher Forces as we go through this transition. Much gratitude!
I wonder if those who stay in 3D are likely to transition off the planet (through death experience) after 23 March 2022 so they can continue in more resonant densities on other planets. Or maybe this will go on until the end of 2022 when Earth is expected to be 100% in frequencies of 4D or higher because it is possible that more of them can raise their vibrations in the coming months. This actually feels merciful to me.
I am also hoping for some disclosure this year so that more people can become aware of how they have been manipulated and controlled by the unseen. The whole push to get injected with a harmful substance will be a powerful revelation for those who are willing to see the truth.
In my case, dizziness and somewhat disorientation are definitely there. My gastrointestinal changes seem to be in stabilizing phase after several months. The slight dizziness seems odd and not exactly something normal that could be described as sudden blood pressure changes – it’s continuously present in various degrees, and it almost feels a bit like a “dreamy” effect on myself.
The effect of any food is amplified – both positive and negative effects, however, it feels like “dizziness” is some kind of stabilizing effect here… the intuition would almost say to me it’s like a slight “anesthesia” to prevent abrupt oscillations in mental and physical processes. So, to keep people in one sense safer, and less capable to be derailed.
On mental state, I’m much more observant of certain effects and can pull back from negative spiral influence much easier – still, this doesn’t mean I’m “immune” to any negativity. There is a feeling of letting go of many things. In my mental and emotional state, everything materialistic has become completely secondary. Job and work aren’t any more a priority … but now I feel like many things that occurred over more than a decade have arranged exactly for this. It’s an internal shift to completely non-physical priorities – especially unconditional love, which seems to be a natural state of being in higher 4D and upper. We get a “teaser” for now in that aspect, but we will gradually become more and more filled with such a state of being, until the point where it’s our only state of being.
It’s a bit weird… I can see the outside world crumbling left and right, much of it is just moving in one direction of implosion. All that was unsustainable will need to go. It’s chaos “outside”. But inside, it’s peaceful. “Outside” isn’t even any more important to me. Almost feels like I’m going purely on “autopilot”, despite I truly don’t know exactly how the outcomes will unfold and cannot predict exact moments of critical points. But I know it will all occur …

Earth has reached a new level of change. There is a sense of radical transforming in the air.
On the Subtle Plane, new energies demolish all Earthly ossified structures. The frameworks in which we lived, and which we had been building for a comfortable existence, seemed to us to reliably ensure stability, daily routine, relationships of a certain type with certain roles, lifestyle, habits, traditions, and rituals come apart.
Social constructs looked the same immovable: home-work-home; education – work-family – children – a serene old age; hobbies-interests- pursuits, etc. And now all that, deep inside, is shaken, collapsing, removed from the Earthly plane as depleted power.
Any stagnant, condensed energy and everything created by it no longer corresponds to the radiation and properties of the new 4D/5D space.

Therefore, we will face serious challenges in 2022. It will be necessary to break up, let go of what we are so used to, which gave us the illusion of stability and comfort.
We will have to adapt to the rapid and abrupt change of events in our lives, learn to trust our hearts. If we resist this process, it will be tougher for us because the pressure will increase from all sides.
We can no longer maintain a relationship where the roles were once and forever established and satisfied all participants. Deep-rooted habits will be loosened.
Even at home, where the way of life suits each family member, its normal course will be disrupted by unforeseen events, unexpected behavior, and new emotions.
Old unlived, not released feelings and states will break out to leave. And further onward and upward.
There will be no peace heavens anywhere because all idle energy must be withdrawn and is already being actively removed from Earth. Gaia has to outwing, and Co-Creators don’t let her on the plane with excess baggage.
Previously, the planetary space was cleaned as a whole. In 2022, the purge will affect each of us individually.
It is better to voluntarily part with what is doomed than to try to keep it, resist and complicate our life.
It is worth devoting our time to mastering surfing by energies, events, situations, emotions. To adapt to what will manifest itself, and not hold on with all the remaining strength and nerves to the old habits, feelings, thoughts, actions, attitudes, and way of life.

Yes, we feel comfortable with solid ground under our feet. We are not used to standing on a board that rushes over steep waves. But it is this skill that is a property of a person of a new time, a new dimension.
Movement, making turnarounds, balancing, maneuvering, responsibility for our stability, acceptance and letting go, the adaptability to the new, lightness of feelings … We no longer need to stay in our old silos all the time. That is what we have to master today.
If we learn to part with what we no longer need, new energies will enter more freely and fill us and our space.
Having got rid of the rubble of the old in our life, we will feel newly born and will be able to begin adapting to life on 4D/5D Earth.
It could unwittingly detach us from external events in the world and society. And this is the best option for everyone, helping to focus on our lives. And what is happening around us are just a background and a reflection of our individual and planetary clean-up.
Maintaining inner balance, peace, attention to ourselves, mastering new abilities and opportunities – that’s what will help transform us, others, and Earth.
In 2022, all three-dimensional systems, and structures will break down. The frames and scaffolding will be dismantled piece by piece, freeing us.
They kept us energetically immobile.
We built them ourselves, squeezing ourselves into relationships, situations, states, adjusting the rules of our life, habits, traditions, etc.
All this rested on low vibrations of distorted concepts, meanings, ideas about us and the world.
These frameworks obscured the true world, separated us from each other.
Now we will finally have to face the intrinsic reality. In the energies of the ascending Earth, it will not be easy, especially for those who ignored the changes earlier and do not accept them now.

But it will no longer be possible to take any notice of the new energies and information because now their powerful flows hit everyone.
The high frequencies of the Transition to the fourth dimension are now coming at us from all sides:
– From Gaia (increased Schumann frequencies);
– From Helios;
– From the Central Sun of the Galaxy;
– From Co-Creators, Higher Light Hierarchs of Pleroma;
– From Ascended Masters, with whom we communicate in one way or another;
– From highly developed family members who are often cosmic Souls and sent here for a mission, etc.
Unfortunately, even for those of us who consciously transform, these frequencies do not always adapt seamlessly in our physical bodies. We have to endure a purge that causes varying degrees of pain, depending on the contamination of our thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
But it’ll have to do. Everyone who will stay on Earth during the Transition must adapt to higher energies. Resistance is useless.
We all live by the law of communicating vessels. In addition to Earth, space, and Mentors, our energy is exchanged through our families, work colleagues, friends, and through the territories of residence.

There may be different frequency participants in the same social group. Some work on themselves and take high vibrations into their bodies, others lag, and thirds do not want to change anything in their lives at all.
Many resist the Higher Consciousness, block it in themselves, or reject it. This is unusual for them. As a result, their bodies begin to conflict and get sick.
Until recently, it was “fashionable” to blame high-frequency people for all the troubles. From close interaction with them, some could begin energy cleansing, expressed as chills, hot flashes, wandering pains, allergic reactions. Sometimes loose stools or women have copious periods. And also “cold” symptoms, such as cough, runny nose, and fever.
Of course, purification may not always occur. Some people do not respond to high frequencies at all.
All these purges can and should be bored patiently. And even more, do not blame our relatives or Curators. They just provide us with a very important adaptive service, clean us all the time in small doses, don’t allow toxic energies to stagnate and settle in us, destroy blocks and accumulations of negative programs. They periodically align and balance us, open us up to the perception of new quantum flows.
Sometimes, it gives us temporary physical or emotional unpleasantness. However, such manifestations are a good sign. This means that we are replacing the old 3D codes with new, four- and five-dimensional ones. It is much worse for us if this substitution does not occur.
New 4D /5D codes are loaded first into our subconscious, and then undergo adaptation in the four lower bodies – physical, etheric, astral, and mental. This is necessary to create and maintain a higher potential in our bodies.
That is how occurs a gradual removal and displacement of old energies, and their replacement with new ones. We are transformed by our own Soul’s higher aspects. Structured energy from our Higher Self enters its lower levels and adapts the bodies for the Transition to the fourth and fifth dimensions. For someone, the replacement is easy, for someone it is harder. We are all different.

Faced with high frequencies, at the level of consciousness, we may not be ready for what unfolds on the Earth’s Subtle Plane during the Transition.
Many are not ready for the new thinking as a person of the Sixth Race.
On a subconscious level, it even scares them or even pulls them in the opposite direction.
And they won’t let any codes into themselves, no matter how hard trying it.
In the same way, it blocks the transformation of their physical bodies at the atomic-molecular level from a carbon to a liquid silicon base that is necessary for survival in the new 4D energies.
In the future, for life in 5D and higher dimensions, the silicon base will be replaced by plasma, and then etheric or other Subtle energy, since only so and in no other way we can live in higher dimensions.
It was in the Subtle Bodies that all three waves of earthlings (about 2 billion Souls) passed into 4D in the second half of 2021. But Co-Creators are constantly conducting various experiments to transform our physical body in such a way that we can preserve it during the Transition to the fourth dimension.
One of the last experiments ended on January 4, 2022. What was it?
The instrument, the means of our Transition to 4D is our body in its multidimensional unity. The main segments involved in the Transition are the causal, etheric, and physical levels. Our Monadic body has only an indirect relation to it because this is not its level.
But the most important in a direct Transition is still our physical body. That is understandable: it is the densest, roughest of the entire structure of our Monad’s manifestation bodies, and, therefore, the most inert and resistant to change.
There is one more important nuance. Under the terms of Co-Creators’ experiment, conducted for eons of time on 3D Earth, all the Souls are incarnating here not in THEIR body, not in its original form.
Embodying on the 3D plane, Souls and phantoms get a surrogate physical corpus made of Archons’ 3D matter. That is, there is no substance of its Monad in the received body.

There is also no Monad’s Intelligence in it – the direct presence of the Higher Self. The consciousness of the physical body (the “Lower Self”) de facto exists as a separate, independent Mind-Intellect.
Control of the evolution, communication, and contacts between our physical body and our Higher Self are carried out in most cases through intermediaries: Guardian Angels, Ascended Masters, Mentors, Karma Lords, extraterrestrial civilizations, etc.
This is neither good nor bad, these are the experiment terms, and our Souls were not forcibly stuffed here. Each knew perfectly well what they were doing. They were interested in the valuable experience, its acquisition in the conditions of the evolution of the Spirit Grain, of Soul’s aspect in this format, in someone else’s surrogate body that has its consciousness.
There is no such thing in the fourth dimension; there are other game conditions. Our corpus in 4D will be made of Monad’s substance in the format of a single manifestation body and 4D Earth’s matter.
Such symbiosis is the most effective, as there is no surrogate. Now, in 3D, our physical corpus is of 100% surrogate, the Subtle Body – of 60%, Causal Body – of 50%.
Co-Creators consider the de-surrogatization of the human physical body as one of the priorities for those transitioning to 4D. This process began with the pioneers a long time ago. DNI narrated experiments on the crystallization of Monad matter in human bodies in the post: RETURN OF THE KARMA LORDS. PART 12-2.
In terms of complexity, this process is far superior to the DNA revamp. Even for the smallest Monadic crystallization, a very high percentage of the transfiguration of the body, DNA, genome, biochemistry, chakral system, Subtle Bodies, etc. is required. It’s a Crown Of Transformation.

On January 4, 2022, some Transition Vanguard’s members were tested for the active crystallization of their Monads and replacement by its essence the surrogate matter of 3D bodies.
The active phase lasted about 22 hours without a break. The process was supervised by Co-Creators and men’s Higher Selves. All the while, the latter was in a borderline state between realities, in semi-oblivion.
At some point, in the morning, they felt that either their Monads entered the bodies, or the physical bodies plunged into the Monads.
For several hours in a row, the “vanguardists” experienced extreme heat, which was replaced by severe chills. The bodies became wet with sweat which stood out for several hours without stopping. During the night, the bed linen was changed several times because it was thoroughly soaked. The body temperature at the same time remained 35.4 degrees.
On the evening of January 4, 2022, the experiment terminated. The subjects felt completely zeroed out, exhausted, the absence of any programs and evolutionary tasks, or life goals. Only the basic instincts of maintaining the physical body have been preserved.
The off-scale vibrations continued, and the dizziness intensified. The men could not even get out of bed. Everyone was experiencing an unusual state, a new sense of themselves, of their feelings. It was as if a part of personality had become alien, as though it consisted of an odd substance…
At this stage, the experiment succeeded. Now Co-Creators are carefully studying the first results and plan to conduct new tests to find out what is more needed for preserving our physical body while in Transition to 4D, and how it should be changed for this.

This Dark Cabal has been manufacturing clones of all sorts of people, politicians and celebrities, military anyone who can be useful to replace and fulfill the agenda they want. These clones are controlled by a central AI that works with a transmitter that receives information through a chip which is neurologically connected to their brain. This central AI controls these clones equally like as in a “Hive Mind” which I’ve talked about before.
These clones have memories and reactions downloaded into them based on the original person who they are cloning. Meaning, they study the original person who’s mental profile they have downloaded into an advanced super computer and is implanted in their clone as a program. (Hit lery Cl int on, O bam a)
These clones work through an AI signal. When the internal program in these clones do not give, let’s say, the correct answer or the desired reaction it can be accessed through that signal from a central AI computer. Although these clones do learn new things overtime from experiences but it’s of a very limited nature.
The signal that controls these clones is transmitted by the cell phone network and other high energy transmitters that are placed at key points around the world. The signal is accessed and controlled by a supercomputer called “Red Queen” which is located under the Denver airport. There are other independently node’s as they call them around the world but these subordinate node’s are always coordinated by the Red Queen or Central.
This AI of the Red Queen works independently, making its own decisions and acting without any control of a human being. This Red Queen has not only the clones under its control but also extremely high tech war robots manufactured mostly by DARPA and unmanned drone aircraft which is strongly armed. The Red Queen can also take control over any modern computerized vehicle such as a car, airplane, whether it’s military or civilian, ship or submarine.
These clones can be manufactured to be exactly the same as the original and can be modified according to their needs. These clones are not perfect and are plagued with problems. They can also make an artificial person that does not represent any real human and that creation is made with the manufacturer’s specifications according to their purpose and the task they will perform.
These clones are high-level people, leaders of large companies, celebrities, politicians. Some of these clones are used to carry out murders, suicide missions, and political coups. When these clones are being harassed and suffering ridicule at the hands of an irate population usually the original has already had the opportunity to flee. False flags and attacks on our schools, malls and public places are where clones are used.
Clones of children and babies are also being created on a large scale to be used in Satanic Ritual‘s to their Archon gods. Celebrities, men and women also are cloned equally and sold to the Elites as slaves and sex slaves. These clones vary widely in pricing according to the perfection. Many of these children are created and sold as sex toys to these Elites of the Cabal. Most of these clones are based on real people and they retain part of their personalities but they are downloaded with an extra program to make them more complacent.
These clones tend to have serious neurological problems. The longer the gestation period, meaning…the length of time given in their formation, the greater the total stability of the clones will be which increases its price. The cheaper ones will only work well for a couple weeks. These cheap clones are the ones used in suicide missions and are often disposable for a single use they have a very limited lifetime the most expensive clones are those that take 3 to 5 months to be formed.
The clones that are created for sexual slavery prices vary between $20,000 and $50,000 hence, rising in price according to specifications. The most expensive ones exceed a half million dollars. All are available only to the Elites and the public remains completely ignorant of this issue. Most of the public does have knowledge of cloning animals etc. but they are kept in the dark of how advanced this cloning process really is. They also make clones of real people for the purpose of organ transplants.
If the original person does not obey the Cabal’s wishes and revolts against them, they will use their Clone creating a remote torture situation that the original person will perceive and suffer greatly. But, the clone is tortured instead of the original all through AI signal.
The creation of the clones in our current human society is very large and extensive and it’s progressively increasing and reaching levels of invasion. These clones are part of what they call “unreal people” of the Matrix. These clones are progressively leaking into the entire human society from the highest rungs down little by little as a silent invasion.
This is the scary part for an every day human. Today any person in the public can be abducted by the Cabal in a traditional kidnapping or by a high tech military ship in the service of the Cabal generally of the triangular type… either a TR-3A or a TR-3B. This is usually called an abduction of the MILAB type. If this person is of interest to them and being very influential to the masses they will be cloned and eventually replaced by their clone. In many cases only the people closest to that cloned person will realize something strange has happened to them.

Besides manipulating the behavior of a specific individual this signal can send a frequency to cause a disease, such as cancer and even death. Refuse the chip at all costs!
Modern smart phones are also being used for the purpose of the manipulation of behavior in the population, by emitting specific frequencies that match the brain waves of those within the radius of that frequency being sent. It causes changes to your behavior, moods and neurological problems such as epilepsies and seizures. Keep them away from you as much is you can. Believe me that’s easier said than done.
Specific frequencies are designed to affect the cerebral cortex in our brains. This technology is already being used on a large scale transmitted from the Gwen towers. This technology is also being used on the battlefield. This use of weaponized frequency can modify the behavior of the enemy. It causes feelings of terror and it implants ideas that they will take on as their own, it also causes them to feel doubt.
Keep your frequency as high as possible to keep these negative events caused by negative frequencies from altering your experiences. These Elites want to alter your Consciousness through frequency so by keeping a high vibration, a high state of awareness is your best bet.

What was going on today afternoon at about 16:00 UTC ?
From nowhere I felt my heart trembling, jumping, at one point the heart rate went to 145, the blood pressure went to 200/115, the heart rhythm was irregular….
Anyone else having issues like this today ?
On the end I took one pill for blood pressure, one 5mG Normabel to calm me down, but that did not help. Then I decided to go to my brother home, who is MD ER specialist. He checked me, but at that point I was feeling better, only my blood pressure was still higher at 170/110 and my heart pulse rate was also still high at 110. He recommended to take another but different blood pressure pill, which is stronger and then I came home, took that pill and feeling better, probably that calming 5mG Normabel pill kicked in ?
Anyway, I am aware that light body activation symptom can be hard on the body, I believe now more on the heart then ever, but still, it is not easy to handle when they are on this level as I felt them today.
Lev, I asked You already, but just to be sure, what is your take on taking something like blood pressure pill or calming pill in event when the symptoms are severe.

I forgot to add, at one point when I came home after visiting my brother home for a check up, my phone just froze, which is not normal at all.
I had to pull the battery out to make it work again, strange issue, specially considering all what was going on with me today, coincidence, maybe, but there are no coincidences in a life ?!

The Pleiadians warned that if we do not drink a lot of water during the restructuring of the body, then we will have problems with high blood pressure and heart function. Because water carries … a regulatory function for the human body and the necessary frequencies are transmitted to the body through water.

I believe that this episode which I experienced was unique thing, maybe only for me, I do not know, but it was weird thing, specially with that freezing of my mobile phone on the end.
But I am aware that some major upgrading can be very demanding on the body, I believe that this was one big upgrade, more I think about it, I am more convinced that this was inevitable as there was no other way to do it. Regarding the part about there being “no substance or intelligence of the Higher Self” in the Lower Self/body we incarnated into in this 3D reality, for those on the spiritual path, I think the situation may be a little different.
I find there has been a gradual descension of and merging with my Higher Self through this lifetime. I often receive guidance and insights through dreams. I respect my body’s intelligence and through mind-spirit-body practices like tai chi and yoga, I feel we are working as one.
I wonder if the 3D physical body, in such cases, still has a big problem in the transition to 4D? Many of us on this site are already living in 4D/5D consciousness.

Around the 4th of January, I had an experience and I didn’t understand anything at the time, while sleeping, I felt a crazy heat on my chest and woke up, and found my whole upper body wet, especially my chest, I got up quickly and changed the wet tishirt and put on a new one, going back to the bed, I found no trace of water, everything was dry. I am used to dense and dark energies, as my whole life, I live among them. Some ”people” pretend to be good ones but they do despicable things behind someone’s back and it’s getting worse since 2020. And I am talking about so-called ordinary ”people” with whom we live, work or socialize. Observing what is happening you can see, that there is a great deal of meanness and wickedness in ”people” and there is a huge number of them, greater than people think.
I can recognize their dark and dense energy but what about those asleep who are deceived and they see or think that the others are nice and good? Those dark ones have a huge influence on the weak and asleep ones, so that’s why it is so difficult for us to reach to them with any Truth or Light.
I am aware, that there are biorobots, brainless, dark ”souls” or ”people” who are on the dark side, among us.
The only Hope for this world is to awaken those who are asleep.
And I repeat what I always say, that the more Light or Truth we say the more evil we encounter and it’s getting worse. This world/time line has to be cleaned and cleared.
