I went to my parents’ house with my husband yesterday to help with something.
I left home at 2:30 p.m., and while I was out, I threw away the plastic recycling and got in the car, and it was 2:50 p.m. My husband started the car and started driving, and suddenly I had a headache that I couldn’t express in words began.
It started just before 3 o’clock, obviously. It was painful because it felt different from the usual headache. No, maybe it’s not painful feeling.

It was the first time I felt something like that so I thought Is something changing in energy? If CET 7:58 a.m., my place will be 2:58 p.m., so I just read DNI posting and I understood yesterday’s happen. I felt heavy all day yesterday, I couldn’t sleep well, and this morning I was exhausted as if I were going to faint. But soon after 8 a.m, I recovered like a lie and felt lighter. And with a peculiar thing that happened to me today.
I’ve saw many visions all my life whether close my eyes or not, intend or not. It’s like tens of thousands of bubbles or grapes. A variety of images and videos are seen. Geometry of different people, places and objects, etc. I can choose one of them and can also zoom in. It’s like I was just like looking at a room of the dolls. It is multidimensional in the different timeline. For example, if there is a question of which of a, b, and c should each be taken, the situation that occurs depending on the choice are showed to be three drops immediately, different from each other.
Anyway, during meditation today, all the videos and images in the drops are up and down was overturned and see. It’s like the movie “U.P.S.I.D.E.D.O.W.N”
I felt absurd, and it was an unusual experience. When I read DNI’s post, I feel like I can see the reasons for what’s happening to me, so I wait for this post. Thank all of you again for today.

We open up new abilities of the mental center, if we have a request and interest in this. If not, then we may just get sick and dizzy, see flashes of light behind closed eyelids, feel pressure in the back of the head, in the temples and ringing in the ears, loss of vision and hearing, joint pain and congestion in the lungs, etc.
The opening and activation of the brain center occurs at night and in the early morning between sleep and waking. It can feel like supreme insight, as if our whole life is laid out like a solitaire with a deep understanding of each card.
Early waking up, shortening sleep time may initially feel like insomnia. But then some people find that 3-4 hours of sleep is normal, and the whole next day there is no drowsiness or flabbiness.
Brain activity is high at all times of the day, does not decrease in the evening. We feel like we’re on an exam. The level of attention and awareness is just off the scale, and there is no fatigue at all.

At first, it scares some of us, then it worries us, but now we are trying to get used to it and live. But how to live many still don’t quite understand. They feel like a robot from a computer game.
Often it starts like this. Decreased sleep is only one of the symptoms. We think that it’s insomnia, we take sleeping pills (strong), but there is no sleep in either eye, the pills do not work. We don’t sleep much, but that’s enough for us.
We feel constant vibrations in the body. It is especially felt in the hands and feet (tingling, heat, movement of energy). There is a subtle ringing in the head periodically. Previously, we heard it in critical situations with a threat to life, with the rise of adrenaline. Now we are constantly on such adrenaline.
This activates the areas of our brain that can receive the signal of higher Light rays. This is how Divinity knocks on our personal life.

Metabolism has increased. We can lose several kilograms in a week. The appetite has completely changed. We began not to tolerate some products, up to nausea. “I want it, I don’t want it and I can’t” have grown to huge proportions.
Long-standing problems that we stubbornly ignored are increasingly surfacing, and require immediate study and termination. The negativity is rushing with terrible force, but it does not cause the same emotions; only the cold awareness and decision-making, and not snot and sentimentality.
There are no emotions. There is no attachment and no fear. There is Love, responsibility, but no DRAMA at all. We feel as if, instead of slow Internet, 4G with rainbow illumination was turned on for us. It seems to be super cool, but somehow strange and not everything is clear yet how to use it.

It seems that all this is about to end and a “normal” life will begin. But it doesn’t come. This does not prevent us from being what we should become.
Those who did not rise in this freqs’ wave will definitely rise in the next one. Every month such rises occur against the background of the key stelliums.
It used to be smoother, not so intense. And the new format was not so distinct. The transition to 4D/5D is not massive, but diffuse, strictly individual. Everyone uplifts in stages.
Many of us have been following the path of Spirituality for a long time, but do not experience even a hint of superpowers. Does it mean that we are hopeless? Or, no matter what, do we need to continue working on ourselves?

At one time, many of us had implants, power blocks and other malicious devices inserted, which reduced our ability to receive and conduct the Light into ourselves, to work with the energies of the Source.
We can feel the release from this soft in different ways. These may be symptoms of malaise or stress that we are used to living with all our lives.
Now, under the impact of incoming high-frequency streams, we have to learn all over again what we could, what we possessed. As a newborn child learns to slowly explore the world, learns to walk – so many of us will gradually begin to join and learn a completely new 4D/5D reality.
For not shock us, the Veil will fall and dissipate very slowly, like the seasons change, smoothly and consistently. Just as slowly, we will observe and get used to what will gradually open up to us.
This year there will be new energy events that we will need to get used to as consistently. Preparation for them continues non-stop 24/7. Our physical bodies are being renewed. The composition of the blood, lymph and bone tissue is changing. The percentage of microflora content will be different.
Our energy is upgrading. It becomes more and more saturated with Light and becomes iridescent transparent, dissolving all the old, established colors of the chakras.

Therefore, it is important to take care of self, and try to be less active if Solar or Lunar Eclipses, Full Moons or the Suns storms are approaching.
Earth is entering a new turning point in its history. All that we observe in nature – climate anomalies, a sharp change in the weather during the day, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and much more – is getting rid of accumulated negativity, adjustment to higher frequencies of space.
The same process goes on inside each of us. For some it is smooth and less noticeable, and for some it is stormy and hard.
This intensive cleaning from 3D programs is forecasted until November 2022, and after and until December 21, a “month of silence” is expected. At this time, all our structures, plans, fields, spaces will be calibrated according to the energies of the 4th dimension. We will have to observe, be aware of, and be amenable to this process.
The purge will be more at energy levels, rearranging our fields, bodies and planes. The result will be noticed randomly. Events, reactions, emotions, thoughts will not be the same as before in familiar situations.

It’s easy, Brock. If we selflessly Love and trust someone (high-freqs), but that someone has exclusively low-frequency self-interest in us (money, carrier, power, etc.), our trust and communication stops. The same is with the System: it can’t impact on us, glitches and breaks.
Something else I meant to mention before it was rudely and aggressively blocked was that Autism is also ‘supported’ by grids. Grids that may be banished and removed.
Thanks Lev. The full moon of the past weekend was most definitely a potent one. Marsians (from Mars) have been on the attack, more so than usual, but they’ve now been contained. Reprimanded and imprisoned so to speak, by Ashtar Command and Security Forces surrounding Planet Earth. They’re thieves, stealing our energy. N.Lisa is correct, it is the Marsians who are the cause of Autism on this Planet Earth that many of us suffer with. The ‘human’ brain has been tampered with to match their consciousness and temperamental energy. They’re small in size (compared to us), they wear hats to cover the antenna like matter that protrudes from the tops of their heads and they carry spears at their sides when they march in their militaristic style.
As a kid, I have went through very turbulent several years of war directly.
But even that, its nothing comparable to turbulence of these times. These last few years … but even more, these last several months. Its out of every margin. It feels and looks literally like many systems are just breaking at seams in every possible way.
I thought changes from somewhere 2017. onwards were big … well, until 2020. And then, all those changes before were just pale compared to these few months. It tells whats happening, how much time acceleration there is, and how fast were going through all of this … the time could be seemingly what our clocks say it is … but we all know thats not true. The perception of time is drastically different, all flies rapidly. We literally wake up now every day, and witness something big and crucial occuring. Something that before took months or even years, now its days.
I dont know whats going to happen. Internally, Im actually at peace with many things – externally, Im stuck like a hamster in a wheel, work, do this, do that … yet nothing of that has sense to me anymore, nor it fullfills me in any way. It feels completely pointless what is done externally … yet what fullfills me internally, its not yet here in “external field”.
I feel like there must be a strong and definitive “breaking at seams” scenario in totality where societies are simply snapped out, because these current systems, I simply dont see them existing, much less thriving. For many, the external field is a pleasant lie, illusion, and fitting excuse not to work on themselves internally. Yet, it doesnt look like they will have much choice there now.
As for false mediums … ugh, many many are simply reflection of human medium’s ego. At least thats my theory. Whatever the link “on the other side” would be, and whatever the message … it would ultimately get distorted to various extents, because its filtered through humans. So, a channeler would simply hear what they want to hear and say what they want to say … and same will be applied to people who blindly follow these channelers.
And sure, some channelers will go even worse … making whole shops and businesses from their “unselfish service”. Some will even spread hatred and gaslight people. Some will intentionally disinform. Some will pretend to be someone theyre not.
Its all useless, IMO. Behind every channel is a human medium, and whatever malicious intent some could have, it will backfire to them.
The one thing … Im just tired, internally, of all of this. Tired of “left-right”, “poor-rich”, “XYZ-ZYX” nonsense. Its all distractions. I just hope this “chaotic resolution-dissolution” wont go for too long (and I think, it cant even go for too long), like longer than 7-8 months, because at this point, it feels very very turbulent, and thats puts lots of strain.
I dont expect some “super-ultrapowers” now, lol. Altough who knows what could occur per individual level. But I expect that main systems of control and manipulation simply break completely. It just doesnt feel there would be any sense to continue with this hamster wheel type of life … and also, when many people see through it, you would see people reuniting again on massive scale.

Yep, Im familiar with Alba Weinman. There is YT channel for those interested under her name. It was several years ago, when in my “Bashar phase” (Bashar, as channeled by Darryl Anka) I stumbled upon her work.
Overall, I think there are very few more authentic channelings that have minimum distortion within them. Unfortunately, many are simply distorted to great extents and are more detrimental than beneficial to people in general.
Usually, people cling to hopium content, or even put a bunch of politically polarized stuff or stuff with certain non benevolent agendas. In such case, its a big red light …
Many of the fake channelers, especially those who intentionally attempt to spread hatred, disinformation or make businesses … they will fail first now. And for some, it has potential to spectacularly backfire.

Contact is a tool to put order in thoughts, feelings and perceptions, I feel energies with greater clarity. That gives me a greater flow of perception in the day to day, and allows me to remember to maintain better vibrations.
It is not a fact of power for me. I do it from that discipline, feeling before allows me to perceive better later and to be able to maintain those vibrations for others as well.

These past two weeks have been unlike any other I have experienced to date. The divide between the waxed-fear-based timeline and the representative opposite timeline is striking. The old world patterns people inhabit seem rote, autopilot, without substance and interacting with those living that life is awful. At times one feels like the world is existing below water, drowned in a sea of divide and no way to communicate effectively or with substance.
There are two worlds right now, this much is very clear for those with eyes to see and the two worlds are only marginally compatible. Things really breakdown when one has to travel so far deep into 3d to accomplish something, like with a bank, insurance or other strictly 3d system.
By contrast, the non human part of our reality, known commonly as “nature” seems unaffected by any of this, as it has nothing within that needs to deal with Matrix programs and their minions.
Time is a mess, seemingly at moments flowing forward and backward at the same time. Sleep is as Lev says, a bizarre mashup of rest and extreme intensity, often at the same moment. Restlessness is off the charts.

The “separation of worlds” has indeed become more obvious. The “waxed” have become paranoid about being anywhere near the “unwaxed” and the gap between our frequencies has grown wider.
How can people not know the harm they are doing to their bodies? Or blindly believe what “authorities” tell them? I am still astounded.
I agree that Nature remains unchanged – that is my solace and my inspiration. Everything else becomes increasingly unreal and irrelevant.
It has become impossible to pretend any interest in the usual pastimes that society offers. At least we can see the Light illuminating everything by degrees.
I do believe we’re at the finish line. Like Lev writes, by the end of this year and towards spring of 2023, we will see/feel the changes more clearly. When people realize how THEY are manifesting their personal reality with their thoughts/emotions/actions, they will become more accountable. Because there’s no one else to blame, and we must look to ourselves and what we are emitting!

Uhhhh, Yes, the effects on the body which are mentioned in this article are i incredibly right on the point as I am feeling for the last few days.
It was interesting that the pressure in the temple region is mentioned as this is a new symptom for me. I feel it as a ring around my head, exactly at the temple region level. In the past I would felt it either in the crown area or third eye, but this is new. I am feeling the heat inside the body even when it is not hot outside, and a pressure which is building inside a body, like it will burst.
But I am feeling more and more to be more then a body, actually, I am feeling less as just a body, like it is expanding, maybe my subtle body is expanding and because of it I am not feeling my body as a confinement, which I would feel in the past ?
Today I was driving the car when I felt and even could visualize my subtle body just stretching outside of my physical body, it looked a little ghostly, like it is stretching back and fort, and I was thinking, “c’mon I am driving, if this is a test, can it not wait while I came home and while I am laying down”, and that , what ever it was just subsided, also the pressure in the chest area went down. That episode felt like a test run, it was not painful in any way, maybe a little discomforting, but definitely strange and unexpected.
Ahhhh, and the sleeping pattern, specially during and after the full moon, it is as I do not sleep at all, it is just random waking up, then sleeping again, then waking up….., but as Lev wrote in this article, even I would expect to be sleepy and tired, strangely, I am not, still, I feel sometimes that I was doing some heavy lifting during the sleep, it is hard to explain, and the dreams are more realistic then ever, so much that at first I am not sure if I am awake in the morning.
I am seeing the crafts in the night sky in the increasing numbers, something is cooking faster and faster, the energy influx is extremely high, and even I am accustomed to it, last few days or maybe a whole last week is setting new records.

You know, I had one interesting dream several years ago (if I recall good, it was somewhere in winter 2016.) where I witness official first contact. Firstly it was announced on news that somewhere in some S.American city (I got impression it was Buenos Aires) there was a “unknown object flying that was not ours” and news were reporting this worldwide.
Then, as I stepped outside, it was whole “armada” of ships crossing the skies. From smaller orb like ships, to massive triangular “carriers”, to also massive oval ships.
The weather was spring-summer approx in my dream.
I still think today that maybe that dream or parts of that dream were correct – Im aware this dream could have been a “snapshot” taken back then of potential future scenario, but as thats continously in shift …
In one other dream I dreamt Im part of the crew in some secret facility and we were fighting “hellish forces” attempting to push through the dimensional gates (something about experiments going wrong, hah…). The base was overrun, but I somehow managed to escape.
I have no idea how much accuracy is there in certain dreams, but I feel that if something is important, Ill remember that, rather than forget it fast (like usually what happens, lol).
