  • An interdisciplinary team of scientists led by researchers from Hebrew University and the University of Tel Aviv have used a archaeomagnetic dating technique to categorize the ‘footprint’ left behind on artifacts by Earth’s magnetic field to more exactly determine the dates that ancient Middle Eastern cities mentioned in the Bible were destroyed. In a paper published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences on Monday, the collective of scientists, led by Tel Aviv University Institute of Archeology doctoral student Yoav Vaknin, explained that the classification and categorization of ancient brickwork, stonework and other man-made materials accurately dated using magnetic dating techniques can help determine the time of destruction of other man-made objects which have not. The researchers’ database has recorded geomagnetic field data in 21 layers of historical ruins at 17 archeological sites across Israel, allowing for Biblical accounts on battles between the ancient Judean kingdoms and their Egyptian, Aramean, Assyrian and Babylonian rivals to be precisely dated and corroborated.

  • Twitter employees have penned an open letter to soon-to-be boss Elon Musk and the Board of Directors begging to keep their jobs, after the Washington Post reported that Musk is planning to get rid of nearly 75% of the company’s 7,500 workers – whittling Twitter down to a ‘skeleton’ staff of just over 2,000. They also demand “Dignity,” writing “We demand transparent, prompt and thoughtful communication around our working conditions. We demand to be treated with dignity, and to not be treated as mere pawns in a game played by billionaires.” Following the ‘75% layoff’ report, ‘experts’ told ABC News that the change could “compromise the platform’s capacity to police false or harmful content, with ramifications that extend to social issues like election integrity,” and that “The experience of a typical user could change significantly, they added, noting the possible rise of harassment and other forms of corrosive discourse.”

  • A UFO study by a team of NASA scientists began on Monday, with researchers from various disciplines poring over unclassified data to better understand the aerial phenomena. After decades of secrecy, multiple government departments are now turning their attention to the skies, including the Pentagon. The study will use only unclassified data from civilian and commercial sources, and does not aim to explain what UFOs – referred to by NASA as unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) – actually are. Rather, its findings will inform NASA on how best to study future sightings. “Exploring the unknown in space and the atmosphere is at the heart of who we are at NASA,” said Thomas Zurbuchen, an associate administrator with the agency. “Understanding the data we have surrounding unidentified aerial phenomena is critical to helping us draw scientific conclusions about what is happening in our skies. Data is the language of scientists and makes the unexplainable, explainable. “

  • A new study conducted by the MRC-University of Glasgow Center for Virus Research has for the first time discovered that viruses can fuse together inside human cells to create a new type of pathogen which can evade the human immune system. The researchers, who published the paper on Monday, co-infected human lung cells with influenza A virus (IAV) and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and found that instead of competing, they fused into a new palm-tree-shaped hybrid virus. This new hybrid was then able to infect neighboring cells, despite the presence of antibodies against influenza that are meant to block infection. Researchers say that the antibodies still stuck to the influenza proteins on the hybrid virus’ surface, but the virus simply used RSV proteins to infect lung cells instead, akin to a ‘Trojan horse’.

  • England’s National Health Service (NHS) has warned doctors about the risks of “an inappropriate gender transition” and said that “in most cases” self-association with another sex is just a “transient phase” in child development. In new draft guidance, released last week and seen by the Daily Mail, the NHS urges medical professionals to consider the risks of so-called “social transitioning” – in which a child lives as a gender other than their biological sex but without taking puberty blockers or hormones. This should be a “last resort” even for older children, it says. The guidance, according to the newspaper, was released as part of the NHS’ plan to close the controversial Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust’s clinic – the only children’s gender identity clinic in the UK. The draft advice emphasizes that “social transitioning” should not be viewed as a “neutral act” because it might have serious implications for a child’s psychology.

  • Controlled clones show bruising and swelling when updated through the eye. The cabal have used puppets for decades to manipulate the public and control all sides of manufactured conflicts. Look at the reactions to understand why it’s too traumatizing to be disclosed publicly yet. You can’t research the kind of cloning used by elites and a lot of bad info gets recycled. Mostly from one person who made up stories of “vril” parasites and soul scalping. Souls can’t be harmed. Consciousness can’t be transferred, just memories. It’s a fully tech-based process. ~ Kabamur

  • 42-year-old former Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak was elected head of Britain’s governing Conservative Party and formally appointed UK prime minister to lead his country out of the economic turmoil that erupted under his predecessor during her mere 44 days in office. Sunak, who has always been open about his Hindu background, has made waves on social media, especially in India. While many netizens applaud Britain’s inclusivity, some are not sure whether Sunak is particularly different from his predecessors. Numerous netizens recalled a quote by perhaps Britain’s most famous politician, Winston Churchill, who once questioned the ability of “Indians to be good leaders.” His remark seems especially strange today, when Churchill’s own country now relies on a leader of Indian origin to guide it through an economic crisis that has seen at least two prime ministers resign. “In 1947 on the cusp of Indian Independence, Winston Churchill supposedly said ‘…all Indian leaders will be of low calibre & men of straw.’ Today, during the 75th year of our Independence, we’re poised to see a man of Indian origin anointed as PM of the UK. Life is beautiful,” Indian billionaire Anand Mahindra tweeted.

  • An Iranian hermit nicknamed the “world’s dirtiest man” for not taking a shower for more than half a century has died at the healthy old age of 94, state media has reported. Irna news agency reported that “Amou Haji” died on Sunday in the village of Dejgah in the southern province of Fars. Haji, covered in soot and living in a cinder-block shack, was reported by local media not to have bathed with water or soap in more than 60 years. Villagers said he had experienced “emotional setbacks in his youth” that led him to refuse to wash. But a few months ago, villagers had persuaded him to wash for the first time, Irna reported.

  • A 54-year-old Indonesian woman has been devoured by a 7-meter-long python near a village on Muna Island. Authorities said Saturday that the family and fellow villagers of the woman, Wa Tiba, conducted a search for her after finding only her belongings near the vegetable garden she’d gone out to check. Villagers later found the snake with a bloated belly nearby. Reticulated pythons are common throughout Indonesia and other areas of Southeast Asia but they rarely kill humans.

  • “Machine learning provides a way of providing almost human-like intuition to huge data sets. One valuable application is for tasks where it’s difficult to write a specific algorithm to search for something—human faces, for instance, or perhaps “something strange,” wrote astrophysicist and Director of the Penn State University Extraterrestrial Intelligence Center, Jason Wright in an email to The Daily Galaxy. “For instance,’” Wright notes, “theoretical physicist Paul Davies has suggested crowdsourcing the task of looking for alien structures or artifacts on the Moon by posting imaging data on a site like Zooniverse and looking for anomalies. Some researchers (led by Daniel Angerhausen) have instead trained machine-learning algorithms to recognize common terrain features, and report back things it doesn’t recognize, essentially automating that task. Sure enough, the algorithm can identify real signs of technology on the Moon!”

  • Language has existed on Earth for about one million years beginning with Homo erectus, says linguist Daniel Everett, which begs the question: do sentient beings with language exist elsewhere in the Cosmos? In December, 2020 ex-CIA Director John Brennan said it was “presumptuous and arrogant” to believe there are no other forms of life than the ones on Earth, referring to the videos released by the Pentagon of US Navy sightings of UFOs. Which raises the profound question: if we ever have contact with an extraterrestrial civilization, will we be able to communicate with them? Will they use a language we could comprehend?

 Blaschko’s Lines

What you are looking at in the picture is a skin condition. The path of these lines can only be seen with the help of UV light and as many animals see in ultraviolet, there’s no knowing how we appear to them. Humans apparently have stripes that are invisible to our eyes but your cat possibly can see them. They are Blaschko’s lines, relics of growth as a foetus, swirls representing cell division and the trails cells took.
Some conditions make them visible. ~ BC Medical Genetics
