At 0719 Universal Time (2:19 AM Eastern Daylight Time), an extremely powerful “M.5-Class” solar flare blasted from our Sun.
Shortly after, at 1009 Universal Time (5:09 AM Eastern Daylight Time) an “M.1-Class” flare exploded.

Sunspot numbered AR3014 which is directly facing our planet has a beta gamma delta magnetic field for “X-Class” flares.
At 10:36 AM (EDT), solar winds were traveling at 518.5 kilometers per second.
The Schumann Resonance (“Power” from vibrational frequency and amplitude of Earth/Gaia’s being activated by strong cosmic forces) is rated thus far at “52” and being called “Strong Activity”.
Ancient “normalcy” of the “Power” levels (prior to modern times and the research of Dr. Weinfried Otto Schumann for whom the vibrational frequency and amplitude studies of our planet were named) during the time of the “Rishis” (“Sages”) was “7.83” cycles per second.
The “new normal” seems to be when the levels are in the “40s”—-and beyond these numbers should be considered as very “High-Powered”.
“Particle Plasma Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs)” are also expected.
However, it must be remembered that when our Sun explodes with solar flares on any level (“A-Class”, “B-Class”, “C-Class” “M-Class”, “X-Class”), it is always sending forth plasma particles because the Sun is comprised of them.

When they are specifically reported by scientific organizations it is not because the plasma particles are separate from solar activity.
It is because they only consider reporting about a CME when the flare numbers are very high preceding them. In other words, as just stated, the Sun is always giving-off CMEs—small or large.
For several weeks, the Sun has been unleashing major energetics seemingly more powerful than in past months.
Also, as mentioned in a previous update, there are clusters of sunspots being detected now—not just singular ones peppered throughout the solar disk.
Our Sun has an enormous effect upon all of creation on our planet—people, animals, plants, etc.
Creation receives and transmits energy.
We are continually in a process of SOUND AND LIGHT TRANSMISSION AND RECEPTION through our thoughts, emotions, and mind sets all of which activate our cellular records and the DNA within them—particularly the mitochondria or information sending and receiving aspect of our DNA.
Our total nervous system (central nervous system, parasympathetic, sympathetic, and autonomic) is continually being “charged” with signals.
The extremely high “Energy Fluxes” (constant pummeling all around and inside our planet of high-powered cosmic forces coming in fast then slow then fast then slow on and on) that have been occurring for several weeks and which have been stepped-up today will carry forward throughout today and for days ahead.

Preparation seems to be getting stronger for some sort of profound global event.
While we move about performing our daily tasks, time must be taken for tuning-into the HIGHER SELF for information and instructions.
This is connecting to SOUL—to SOURCE. “Grounding”, which is a constant subject in this “Now”, is key.
Just a few of the ways to do this—all of which have been discussed before—are taking walks in Nature, taking sea salt baths and showers with essential oils, wearing malas into which mantras have been chanted, eating organically, drinking lots of water, meditating, deep breathing exercises, obtaining much more rest than usual, and staying away from stressful people and their trauma dramas.
We should be helpful to those who are truly trying to reach higher levels of consciousness, but for those who insist on being involved in “3d” chaos, we must release them and pray for their awakening.
During this current Mercury Retrograde (until June 3rd), chaos and confusion are rampant among many in the collective.
The intense LIGHT coming into our planet is bringing this up for those of HIGHER KNOWLEDGE to see and to be aware of whom and what to be discerning about relative to our involvements.

At the same time, the LIGHT is stepping-up our clearing, cleansing, and illuminating—particularly for those who are being of service to the planet and the galaxy as increasing percentages of people seek knowledge.
May is quickly moving along, and with its movement will come further strong cosmic forces to assist our awakening.
The New Moon on May 30th (while Mercury is still in retrograde) will offer even more re-structuring and renewals of the physical vessel, emotions, and mental settings.
Then we will, of course, have the Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere and the Winter Solstice in the Southern Hemisphere to deal with as well.
The cosmos is always in the process of LIGHT AND SOUND.
We are becoming better able to align with its frequencies as we anchor to the SOURCE which creates us all!
The transformational process is challenging.
It is not fun being dizzy, exhausted, aching, anxious, unable to sleep, having problems on a job or in the community, and more. However, “labor” is not fun.
True, some of us have an easier time than others.
Yet, everyone has some “labor” to contend with as we are “re-birthed”.
As we move along today, during the weekend, and in the days further ongoing, say often: “I AM BLESSED BY SOURCE LIGHT”.

Dr. Schavi. Today I experienced something different in that I felt as though I was in a strong gravitational pull. My arms and legs felt weighed down and it seemed as if it took more effort to move. Namaste, AliceinW! As our planet is activated by the “pull” of cosmic forces such as solar flares, solar winds, the Photon Belt, etc.—the pressure on the magnetosphere is very strong. This tends to also “pull’ upon our physical vessel in various ways (leg muscles, arms, neck, etc.). Even the solar plexus can feel strange (bloating, gas, slight nausea). These symptoms sometimes escalate, then diminish, then escalate again as the cosmic energies surge more intensely into our planetary field. Many people are reporting the same sensations. I recommend walking and stretching as much as possible to “work with” these transforming energies. Be sure to also stay hydrated. Rest too. The energies are picking up daily.
