Cosmic Update 3 May 2022 – By Dr. Schavi M. Ali

This morning at approximately 7:53 Universal Time (2:53 AM Eastern Daylight Time [EDT]), Tuesday, May 3, 2022, an “M.1” solar flare occurred, and shortly thereafter at 13:25 Universal Time which is 8:25 AM (EDT), an “X.1” occurred.

Solar winds are slightly above normal traveling currently at 411 km/s, and the magnetosphere is showing fast and slow-moving winds converging, and plasma particles are dense with pressure building around our planet primarily on its far side.

A new sunspot numbered “AR3004” by NASA indicates that magnetic energy could lead to further high-level solar flares.

Although the “KP Index” is rated “quiet”, this is going to change to “unsettled” or “storm” because there is no way that the strong solar flares which have been unleashed from the Sun, and with the magnetosphere showing heightened frequencies, that activations (which mainstream science tends to refer to as “disturbances”) to our planet are not happening.

Earth/Gaia is indeed being shifted, rocked, and swirled as the flares and winds build.

As has been discussed previously, even without technological equipment to guide us, intuition is now the primary way of sensing what is occurring in our solar system along with the physical, emotional, and mental symptoms that people are reporting around the world.

Journaling is a very important activity to engage in at this time as a part of our daily rituals. It is best to handwrite and not to type on a computer keyboard.

Our hands and fingers have meridians which align with each organ, gland, muscle, tissue, trillions of cells, molecules, atoms, subatomic particle energy, etc, in our physical vessels as well as with our emotional magnetics.

Therefore, our handwriting is a powerful vibratory energy current or life force which is actually a “thought processor” or “consciousness revealer”.

Yes, we use our fingers to type on a keyboard, but we are so unconsciously aware of making certain that we are typing the correct keys, and when the computer has glitches, we are so frustrated at having to find the solution to the issue, that our HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS which moves through our fingers is momentarily disconnected from while we try to “fix” the technological problem.

However, when we handwrite with a pen or pencil, the “technology” is more spiritual– the pen or pencil we are writing with, the pad, and our HIGHER SELF is all we need.

Although at this moment I am writing with a computer, my journals are far more profound than what is published here.

A journal is a personal communication with the HIGHER SELF/SOUL/SOURCE.

Sometimes some aspects of what is received from the HIGHER SELF/SOUL/SOURCE may be shared publicly in an article or book if the writer is guided to do so.

On a practical level, if technology should be unavailable due to a major cosmic event that blacks-out all function to satellites, the planetary grids, generators, etc., having the journals to refer to for research is a wise idea.

Humanity is too technologically oriented. Just observe how so many people at a restaurant are not even talking with another, and instead, they are busily punching buttons on their cell phones.

The same is true in schools, and Teachers have to order students to turn off their cell phones during class.

On the lower levels of pedagogy—such as in elementary or high school—Teachers often have to take the cell phones away from the students who refuse to follow classroom rules.

Research has also shown that people’s handwriting has become less legible because of usage of texting on cell phones and typing on computers.

Little children are losing hand and eye coordination due to this technological era which has students using technology at very early ages.

Further, proper grammar is becoming a thing of the past due to usage of letters and slang phrases in texting rather than complete intelligent sentence structure.

Cognitive function is becoming endangered.

Other research has shown that writing in a journal actually has healing benefits on all levels.

So, during these high-powered cosmic events of May, try adding journaling to your ritualistic practices.

As I have, of course, mentioned in other messages, some technology is good such as when we need to send a message out quickly (like in these articles around the world) or when we want to write a neat document for work or school or when we need to conduct research without going to various books due to time restraints or when we are away from home and need to contact someone via cell phone.

However, technology should not control our lives so profoundly. There are people who sadly do not know what they would do without their cell phone, i-pad, computer, plasma television, micro-wave oven, etc.

As a teaching in LEAVES OF MORYA’S GARDEN says: “Be wary of the usage of too much technology. It is harmful. Spiritual development must replace all apparati. The literate in Spirit operate beyond all boundaries”

Thus, humanity must eventually be equipped without machines.

Spend time in Nature today–relaxing, meditating, journaling.

Even if you have an outside job, when you return home, relax, eat outside (weather permitting), do deep breathing exercises.

Try to lessen dependence upon technology (after you read the “Disclosure News” articles for the day, of course).

As can be seen, I am trying to add a bit of humor and relaxation to the cosmic frequencies and to the “3d” manmade happenings politically, sociologically, etc..

Sometimes a bit of laughter helps us.

Seriously though, try to tune-in to the SFN (SOURCE FREQUENCY NETWORK) more often.

It is your HIGHER SELF.
