The “KP Index” is now rated at “Storm” level and is expected to remain at this level through tomorrow, Friday, July 22nd and perhaps afterwards as more CMEs arrive to our planet.

The “Power” rating is “52” and may rise higher later today or tomorrow as cosmic energetics continue to occur with proton and electron fluxes and elevated solar winds.
“Light Activation Experiences” (also known as “Ascension Symptoms”) may escalate.
People are already phoning and reporting extreme fatigue, dizziness, digestive upsets, migraine-like headaches, rapid heart rhythms, and other “activations”.
The LIGHT is indeed streaming into our realm very powerfully as “3d” situations receive further clearing-out.
Rest. Hydrate. Meditate.

Eat light meals such as salads and soup. Drink plenty of water with lemon.
Places all over our planet are also experiencing extreme heat—in the triple digits.
Even Antarctica, which is usually very cold (below zero much of the time), is having temperatures very much above normalcy as if it is late spring or early summer like in other places.
One temperature rating there just a few days ago was 69 degrees farenheit—very abnormal for this region.
The coming weekend may require more self-nurturance for the entire globe.

As I’ve been adding lemon to my water, I felt a need to balance the “sour” with a little stevia. I’m learning to seek balance in all things, and it seems to help balance my energy as well. And the body has definitely been crying out for lighter, more energetic foods. It doesn’t want to be weighed down unnecessarily. Coffee, which I’ve also eliminated, seems to also have a negative “weighing down” affect. I’m becoming much more sensitive to what the body is asking for, and it really is transforming this vessel for the higher and lighter!
