Cosmic Frequency News 5 January 2023 – Pageantry, Song, And Initiation – By Dr. Schavi M. Ali

An amazing show of color and sound is happening as our Moon approaches its height of fullness on Friday, 1/6/2023, at 6:08 PM (EST).

The current cosmic pageantry is comprised of a sunspot that already exploded several days ago emerging again on our Sun’s southeastern arena facing Earth/Gaia, a comet labeled “‘ZTF” soaring into our planetary field (with expected arrival by February 1st) that is puffed up with solar heat and carrying an atmosphere of green (oxygen) with a bright tail of blue (nitrogen), a magnetosphere that is being pressed with plasma on all sides, an “Elevated” neutron count, and 110 earthquakes in a 24-hour period with a “5.3” magnitude bursting out in the Republic of Vanuatu in the South Pacific.

Further, our Sun is poised to eject “X-class” solar flares which, if they occur, will have tremendously strong coronal mass ejection potency.

The “Cosmic Theatre” is filled with “entertainment” for creation’s enjoyment—once it is realized that the “show” can come with some initial activations to human physicality, mentality, and emotionality which are challenging.

The “show” is all about change, transformation, re-birth—all familiar terms in this “Shift of the Ages” which itself is a familiar phrase and one that cannot be ignored.

Our planetary home is becoming a place of greater heat, LIGHT, and newness of forms and sacred attunements.

People continue to deal with the daily experiences of a civilization that has gone wild with chaotic notions of all kinds (political, philosophical, religious, medical, sociological, etc.), and they walk around wide-eyed in shock and confusion.

So many have allowed themselves to be caught in a web of hype—believing almost anything presented to them via television programs, radio commentaries, or internet videos.

Indeed, some of these informational endeavors are reporting accurately; however, it is best to follow the HIGHER SELF in order to discern if what is being seen or heard is true.

When people allow whatever is presented to them to be what they follow without using “Divine Sense” for analysis, they are mere robots that have been “programmed” to obey.

Excuses are made by these kinds of people, and they say, for instance, that some person or group is an “expert” so they have knowledge that we all should follow.

In such cases, there is no need for us to think for ourselves because others are doing the thinking for us. Right? Wrong!!!

If most so-called “experts” were giving us real and absolutely accurate facts, then why does humanity still struggle, worry, take “pills” or “injections for anxiety, depression, and all sorts of “diseases” which arise from the “pills” and “injections” themselves in most cases?

Why are wars continuing? Why is the environment toxic?

When Sri Bhagavan Krishna—an Avatar of SOURCE—was becoming older is his physical form (he was in planetary form for 126 years), he said: “Do not look for me in the outer realms; look for me in the center.”

He taught humanity to look within themselves for the answers to their queries because inside of us is a DIVINE VIBRATION.

The word “Avatar” translates from Sanskrit into English as “One Who Descends” and refers to SOURCE taking-on the form of a particular planetary orb when necessary.

​In Sri Krishna’s case, he took the form of a human being (as they are called on this particular planet commonly called “Earth”).

Within the pages of the sacred text BHAGAVAD GITA, which is a part of the larger MAHABHARATA, are the powerful teachings of Krishna—the oldest recorded writings about these teachings being those of the Rishi (“Sage”) Vyasa.

We can even today attune to Sri Krishna via a powerful meditative process that is known as “Raja Yoga” which I invite those reading this discourse to perform self-initiation into.

Being in-person with a Spiritual Leader is not absolutely necessary unless you are undisciplined and need someone to be with you to keep you focused.

Also, if you are initiated in-person, a monetary fee is likely to be involved. My fee for this teaching in written form is your prayer for a peaceful, healed, loving planet. Let us begin:

1.) Take a bath or shower, and anoint yourself all over with a lotion or cream into which you have placed about 7 drops of the essential oils of either Amber, Frankincense, Rose, or Sandalwood or a combination of all of these oils, and then dress in a soft-colored outfit (a robe or caftan) of white, blue, lavender, light green, etc.

2.) On your altar, light incense of either Amber, Frankincense, Rose, or Sandalwood and a candle in a soft color. As has been taught previously, the incense represents the “Divine Breath”, and the flame of the candle represents “Divine Light”. Place a glass or small bottle of spring water on your altar. Have a journal and a pen handy for writing later.

3.) Be seated comfortably with feet flat on the floor—left foot forward—no shoes. The left foot is forward because the heart is on the left side of the body, and the heart is the “altar” of the “body temple”. Close your eyes.

4.) Breathe in and out slowly and envision a bright LIGHT moving slowly upwards from the base of your spine (the “Muladhara”) to your crown (the “Sahasrara”). This avenue is known as the “Shushumna”—the “channel” of LIGHT that moves through the spinal system. Then envision your entire body enveloped in this LIGHT. Relax.

5.) Bring the LIGHT back down from your crown to the base of your spine. Do this entire process of LIGHT moving up and down the spine 10 times.

6.) Again, after the 10th time, envision the LIGHT moving upwards from your spine, but this time, allow the LIGHT to rest at your heart (the “Anahata”). Breathe slowly in and out for several moments. Recite the mantra “AUM” three times aloud. This is known as the “Pranava” (“Cosmic Sound”).

7.) Now, envision within your heart the Sun brightly shining, and within the Sun see the Full Moon, and inside of the Full Moon, see a blue, pink, or white lotus blossom and Sri Krishna sitting inside of it playing his flute. His skin is dark sapphire blue, and he is dressed in a sparkling silver and gold robe. Around his neck is a garland of red roses, and around his wrists and ankles are gold rings. At his third eye is a bright round Ruby.

8.) Sit with Sri Krishna as long as you can. Try to hear a revelation. You might even hear flute music. Remember, you are sitting with an incarnation of the DIVINE ABSOLUTE—the ALL. You may also ask for direction in a certain manner of life, or for healing, or for career success. You may pray silently or aloud.

9.) After your meditation is completed, release the vision slowly. Keep your eyes closed. Continue to breathe slowly in and out.

10.) Open your eyes very slowly to become adjusted to the outer world. Drink the water slowly. By being on your altar while you were meditating, it has now become “Prasada” (“Healing”). Remain seated after drinking the water. Just relax. If you were granted a revelation or a message, now is the time to write it down.

There are two ways in which to communicate with the DIVINE ABSOLUTE (SOURCE) as is taught in the ancient path of SANATANA DHARMA (“Eternal Path”): by “Saguna” (“With Form”) or by “Nirguna” (“Without Form”).

When we attune to a specific aspect of SOURCE, we are engaging in “Saguna”. Therefore, “Raja Yoga” is “Saguna” which is very peaceful and soothing.

It is not polytheism (belief in many “gods” with separate powers). There is only ONE GOD —ONE SOURCE—and this has always been taught.

It is the Western world that has denigrated the East in so many ways. It is now time for TRUTH. For some persons with an overbearing ego, it is time to release it because they do not really know as much as they may have thought that they did.

I recommend performing this initiation at Sunset which is one of the most auspicious times of day along with Dawn and Noon.

Spend the evening in quietude reading, listening to soft music, performing Yoga asanas, or take a walk outside if weather permits. You may also wish to relax beneath a tree or beside a lake or pond.

Do not watch television or engage in telephone conversations or get onto the computer.

In other words, do not become enthralled in the “busy-ness” of the outer world.

Let family and friends know that you will not be available for a while.
