Although solar winds remain slightly above normal traveling at about “469” km/s, and although only “C.1-Class” solar flares are currently being reported, the major news is the continuing densely pressured magnetosphere with particle plasma from both our Sun as well as from energy outside of our solar system as per usual.

Two relatively powerful CMEs are expected sometime later today and through tomorrow which blasted off a few days ago from flares that occurred at the “M-Class” level.

The same may be the case for those who are traveling to celebrate the new incoming year. May all travelers have safe and happy trips.

There are several reasons for the current exhaustion being experienced at this time.

First, Mercury is still retrograde, and this causes a need to step-back from so much outer action and to be more self-reflective which requires rest in order to do so.

Secondly, our Moon is at its fullness in nurturing Cancer which inspires people to want to relax more at home rather than to be so on-the-go.

Next, the end of any year after all of its events, causes a slump in energy.

Finally, with the increased cosmic events, there is a “pull” upon the nervous system, all other parts of the physical vessel, on the mind, and on the emotions.

Many suggestions have been already shared for exhaustion, but because Mercury is still retrograde, and it is an excellent time for review, here are a few review tips plus a couple of new ones:

​1.) Just because it is holiday season, do not feel obligated to attend every function that you are invited to with friends and family. Send a greeting card or a text message or make a phone call on the day of the event to the host and express your well wishes which can then be shared with the guests in attendance. 

    2.) Either get to bed at night earlier than you usually do or sleep-in later in the mornings if possible.

3.) Just before bed, to insure a peaceful night’s sleep, drink a cup of “Golden Milk”. Place warm almond milk (with vanilla or use a vanilla bean stick) in a cup, add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, and add organic honey to your preferred sweetness. Drink slowly. You can also squirt 4 small drops of “Rescue Sleep” by Bach Flowers on your tongue before hopping into bed. Listen to soft music or read spiritual literature.

4.) During the day, drink a cup of warm Nettles Tea. It is filled with vital nutrients and gives a boost in energy. Have a cup in the morning and another one in the afternoon. Never drink coffee. The caffeine gives an energy boost for about a half hour, but then a slump in energy occurs after about an hour that causes people to have to drink more and more coffee throughout the day. Also, caffeine is damaging to the cardio-vascular system and can cause an upset stomach.

5.) Place 2 dops 4 times per day under your tongue of “Olive” by Bach Flowers. It is specifically formulated to address energy depletion. You can also place 6 drops in a 16-ounce bottle of spring water and drink from the bottle throughout the day.

6.) Eat leafy greens, beets, and other iron-rich foods.

7.) Be sure to take a daily vitamin and mineral supplement to assist in keeping your immune system healthy.

8.) The following gemstones increase vitality: TIGER IRON, TURQUOISE, and SUNSTONE. Wear and also carry them.

9.) The recommended mantra for energy is: “AUM SHAKTI AYEH NAMAHA”! (“Oh, Divine, I bow to Thy strength and power”!). Recite this as soon as you awaken each morning, while you are showering or bathing to prepare for the day, while you are driving, and at any time that you feel a need to do so. It is pronounced: “AUM SHOCK-TEE AH-YEH NAH-MAH-HA”.

10.) Wear citrus essential oils such as GRAPEFRUIT, LEMON, ORANGE, or TANGERINE and also try PEPPERMINT essential oil. Some essential oil companies such as “Young Living” and “Aura Cacia” have specific oil potions for energy. For example, “Young Living” has an oil called “En-R-Gee”. Place the essential oils on your third eye, over your ears, on your temples, at the back of your neck, on your solar plexus, and on the soles of your feet.

11.) Create an affirmation and recite it often such as: “I AM THRIVING WITH VITALITY!”

12.) Here is a needle-free acupuncture process that you should perform once in the morning and once in the late afternoon that is taught by many Naturopaths that will enrich your entire physical vessel. You will need a ballpoint pen that clicks. To the count of “5” each time, tap the following parts of your body: the sides of each wrist just below the hands where there is a slight indentation; on the outer side (inside) of each elbow; on the bone next to your big toe; on the skin between each toe; on each side of your ankles; and on the top of each foot at the center. Remember, the count is “1-2-3-4-5” at each place. The ballpoint pen should click each time.

13.) Clap your hands together in quick succession while taking quick breaths in and out.

14.) On days when you feel really burned-out, wear bright colors such as red, orange, or yellow. However, do not make a habit of this because these hot colors aggravate the nervous system and can increase blood pressure. On a regular basis, we should wear colors in the blue family, the purple family, the pink family, and the green family. These cool colors are calming, and thus, stress-reducing, and relaxing. Relaxation allows us to receive the incoming LIGHT from the cosmos more easily, and its reception is already causing fatigue due to its powerful surge. So, we need to address the discomforting exhaustion that may be due to doing too much while also receiving the necessary LIGHT for our transformation. I have a friend who is working a stressful full-time job, working on a Masters Degree, and who is also involved with a serious relationship that, of course, requires doing things together. So, she is busy, busy, busy, and she has also shared that she is burned-out. She is also having lots of “LIGHT Activation Experiences” such as painful back, headaches, lack of sleep, exhaustion, heat surges, lack of appetite, falling asleep at the wheel while in traffic, etc. With her regular schedule as well as with all of the energetics coming from the cosmos, she is delighted to have had these suggestions given to her.

15.) Take walks in Nature. Meditate next to a pond or lake. These are replenishing to a worn-out body, mind, and emotions.
