Cosmic Frequency News 26 May 2023 – Mid-Year Consciousness Inventory – By Dr. Schavi M. Ali

The year 2023 is moving along quickly.

Thus far, there has been chaos on the “3d” level in many ways, and many people around the world are trying their best to deal with daily events calmly even when disagreeing with particular political and sociological views and regulations.

At the same time, cosmic energy is zooming into our solar system which requires acceptance of it and acclimation to it.

Our Moon is climbing towards its mid-year fullness (June 3rd or 4th according to time zones) which is an excellent time in which to take inventory of our consciousness level.

Recording the answers to the following questions in a journal will provide clarity on how far we have succeeded in shifting higher and what still needs work.

Take lots of time with this because each question needs deep consideration.

1. What new information have I learned in the past year regarding the aspects which build civilization (history, science, spirituality, social structure, etc.)?

2. How have I assisted in helping my neighborhood or community to grow in knowledge?

3. What have I realized that I must release even if I am reluctant to do so?

4. How have I improved my physical wellness program (foods, herbs, etc.)?

5. Have I elevated spiritually? How?

6. In what ways have I learned to relax more so that I can keep my nervous system properly functioning? So that I do not become emotionally overwhelmed with personal, national, or global challenging situations? How do I self-nurture?

7. Have I engaged in conversation with anyone outside of my ethnicity or race or culture and learned something about his or her ethnicity, race, or culture that I did not know?

8. Have I read any new books in the past year that are spiritually and intellectually elevating?

9. How have I tried to guide my children in their thinking, feeling, and behaving in the past year regarding world events? Have I allowed them to express their own thoughts and emotions without criticizing them?

10. If I were given a grant to take any six-week course of study I desired either on-line or at a nearby institute or college, what would it be? Why?

After taking this consciousness inventory, how do you feel that you are developing?
