After the arrival of a very strong coronal mass ejection (CME) late yesterday, Sunday, 4/23/2023, and solar wind speeds of almost 700 km/s, the “KP Index”, which registers activations to Earth/Gaia’s inner and outer fields, was rated at the highest levels thus far this year—“STORM”— and this morning, 4/24/2023, at “SEVERE”.
Solar winds are still exceeding normalcy traveling at approximately “526” km/s.

Auroras, which are indicative of powerful electromagnetic ionizing frequencies (radiation), are being seen around the world.
The magnetosphere is densely populated with proton fluxes arriving from outside of our solar system and surrounding and pressing into our planet.

Such high-powered cosmic events could cause major earthquakes (“6.0” magnitude and above) and storms—and generally unusual weather patterns.
We are still in the portal of Eclipse Season with a Solar Eclipse having occurred on April 20th, and a Lunar Eclipse will occur on May 5th.
Our planet is also being further affected by the Mercury Retrograde which began on April 21st and which will not come to closure until May 15th. Pluto in “introductory” Tropical Aquarian energy is also a factor with Aquarius having the character of both wind (current astrological formation) and water (ancient astrological history).
Thus, this indicates the storms mentioned and also possible flood conditions. (Pluto will as a reminder, will move back to its later Tropical Capricorn degrees on June 11th and into its 29th critical degree during the balance of the year. January 21st of 2024 it will move into Aquarius until 2044).
Self-nurturance is a constant MUST at these times of powerful cosmic energetics of flares, winds, CMEs, and more.

The powerful “G4” geomagnetic storm is now subsiding according to NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration); however, there have been 130 earthquakes in the past 24 hours with a very strong “7.1” magnitude occurring in New Zealand.
The magnetosphere chart of the NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) is still showing densely pressing particle plasma.
The “KP Index” is still rated “SEVERE”.

There will likely be ups and downs in cosmic energetics in days ahead as the Eclipse Portal is still active.
Further quakes and storms could occur. People have been reporting the following “Light Activation Experiences”/”Ascension Symptoms”:
Inability to achieve sleep last night, Sunday, 4/23/2023, and strange dreams for others who did sleep
Extreme exhaustion
Anxiety
Depression
Thoughts of worry
Rapid heart rhythms
Aching or painful muscles

Although uncomfortable, these are all cleansings of the physical vessel, the mind, and the emotions. Age is not a factor, and children and pets are also having particular “symptoms”.
The key phrase—as always—is “SELF-NURTURANCE”. Obtain as much extra relaxation as possible even if you do not sleep.
Meditate. Take baths and showers with essential oils. Drink plenty of water. Chant mantras. Wear prayer malas.
Review the many suggestions for calming the nervous system that have been given numerous times in previous articles.
Remember, our planet is filled with magnetite particles, and so is humanity. As the magnetite particles within our planet are activated, so are those within human beings.
We “stir” with the Earth. Also, as the “3d” realm continues to engage in chaos on many levels, cleansings of this realm continue as well.
Essentially, two things are happening simultaneously: 1.) Cleansing of cellular records and DNA, and 2.) Illumination—LIGHT soaring into every atomic and subatomic particle of our beings.

Its really true. I was tired whole day despite sunshine, blue sky, birds, even the frogs etc etc, what were since yesterday most energizing things in my life. I feeled like zombie. Most bizarre spring day in my life, truly. And today! Everybody were tense, overreacting, tired etc. And it was not normal to these people.
My oh my, we are not in Kansas anymore!
I felt the Light fluxing through me experiencing most if not all that you listed as symptoms. The emotional ride as well as the physical sensations can be a challenge for some as I experienced all those you listed.

Namaste, Wayne! I agree. The flare (and many flares recently) should actually be rated “X-Class”. The energy output and the resulting activations to creation are profounder than what can be measured. Dr. Schavi. I am following the info for this Portal of Light Activation and free 20 min meditation for May 1. There is better clarification now about this but I feel there is something significant about this upcoming time.
