With all that is cosmically flowing, the following “Light Activation Experiences” (LAE), also known as “Ascension Symptoms”, may occur over this weekend and into next week:

Drink lots of water, and eat what you can of organic fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, and legumes.
Take a good vitamin/mineral supplement.
Take the necessary Bach Flowers which have been discussed several times in previous teachings.
These are very transformative times, and the next several days have heightened frequencies as proton plasma surges through the magnetosphere and into the far side of our planet.
The plasma is slowly building on the Sun-facing side. Be sure to also breathe deeply.
Chant the powerful protective and healing mantra “AUM” aloud each day as many times as desired. It is called the “Pranava” which translates as “Cosmic Sound”.
If you wear malas, wear “grounding” ones made from the substances of trees: Amber, Boddhi Seed, Rosewood, Rudraksha, or Sandalwood.
Anoint the beads with Sandalwood oil.
Chant the mantra “AUM SHANTI AM” onto the mala this week which translates as “Oh, Divine, Peace, Oh, Divine”.
Then pray from your heart for your needs and desires.
The mala’s vibrational energy will continually move throughout and around your auric fields (of which their are twelve encircling the physical vessel).

As we come into the first weekend after the “Solar Eclipse” on October 25th, 2022, cosmic energetics will escalate as we await the “Lunar Eclipse” of November 8th. Shock waves from positively-charged protons (the neutron counts—cosmic waves) are entering our magnetosphere and pressing into it—not just hovering around it.

Experiencing almost every symptom on the list. Some of the most intense days ever and I feel like I keep saying that. I’ve never experienced altitude sickness but that is what the past two days have been like (at least as I would imagine it) and yet the flares and CME’s have not been the worst. Is this an abundance of plasma particles?
Namaste, AliceinW! Yes. Our planet is being pummeled by plasma particles—the most challenging kinds which are the positively-charged protons that are deeply penetrating and altering. They are entering the far side of our planet, being allowed in because of the depleted magnetosphere. However, as our planet and entire solar system moves through the Photon Belt, a type of repairing energy is given which allows our cells to better handle the protons. The whole process, however, is often a physical, mental, and emotional struggle because it is also like having extreme “jet lag”. Creation (humanity ) is essentially in “hard labor” to “birth” LIGHT into our cells and DNA and to allow it to flow forth from us eventually.
