Early on Sunday, March 12th, 2023, at 02:11 Universal Time (UT), solar winds traveled at 366.3 km/s which is in the normal range of between 300 and 400 km/s, and there have been two “C-Class” solar flares at their lower levels of “C.1” and “C.3”.

Neutron counts continue to be in the “Elevated” status, and there have also been 146 earthquakes in the last 24 hours of primary mid to upper strength “4” and “5” magnitudes with a “5.7” occurring in the Solomon Islands.

The magnetosphere is having the usual particle pressure as protons, electrons, and neutrons soar into it.

However, the new major player on the “Cosmic Stage” is that a huge dark filament of plasma has erupted from our Sun with the blast resembling the outreach of a coronal mass ejection (CME).

NASA is studying its trajectory to decipher if it has an Earth-directed component.

All solar plasma, as has been discussed previously, is a CME.

It is just that some stretch out less than others into the surrounding solar system, and some have a far-reaching power.

Our Sun is filled with plasma, so its energetics are always sending it to our planet either in smaller doses or larger ones.

Some make to our planet in what is termed a “glancing blow” like being accidently gently nudged by someone in a supermarket, etc.

At times, CMEs make a full-on blow to our planet like boxers pummeling each other in a boxing ring.

According to the “nudging” or “pummeling”, geomagnetic storming can be rated either “G1”, “G2” or “G3”.

Then in various places around the world, there are activations to the planetary vibrational frequency (“Schumann Resonance”), and subsequent weather patterns emerge such as quakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, rain storms, flooding, etc.

To reiterate however, electromagnetics are always being released from our Sun because that is what it has—electromagnetism!

With our solar system leveling up consistently higher as it treks through the “Photon Belt”, and as the “Great Attractor” also sends its LIGHT, and as the GREATER LIGHT of SOURCE comes to us in larger amounts, what are known commonly as “Ascension Symptoms”, and which I prefer to label as “LIGHT Activation Experiences” (LAE), can be very intense.

One of the most prevalent ones is continuous fatigue which many people call “exhaustion”.

It is occurring whether people are sleeping well at night or not. Some people are dragging through the day’s activities; some take a day off from work and just “chill-out”.

Some fill-up on several cups of coffee while at work which is not wise because caffeine damages the cardio-vascular system, and besides, its seeming awakening effect lasts only a short while before another cup is needed.

Consistent coffee drinkers become jittery or anxious.

Some people also smoke cigarette after cigarette to calm their upset emotions.

Even though the LIGHT surging from the creative pallet of SOURCE is not going to cease, and even though SOURCE “ITSELF” is directly reaching deep down into our cells and DNA—into our very atomic structures—with greater intensities of “ITS” LIGHT, there are ways in which we can be comforted during the process of “LIGHT RECEPTION”.

Here are some reiterated ways in which to deal with the extreme drainage of energy:

1.) Drink two cups a day of “Nettles Tea”. It is strengthening and calming to the nervous system and balances blood pressure. It provides energy without the jittery feeling because it is naturally caffeine-free. It also contains vitamins and minerals.

2.) Take two drops four times each day under your tongue of “Olive” by Bach Flowers. It is excellent to heal feelings of burn-out and exhaustion. Be patient. For some people, they feel a boost of energy almost immediately, and for others, it may take a few days to actually feel more energized. If you have a stressful job or career, it requires more time for your system to adjust. In such cases, also add two drops four times per day of “Rescue Remedy” by Bach Flowers. “Olive” and “Rescue Remedy” can be taken at the same time. Thus, the dosage would be two drops of “Olive” followed by two drops of “Rescue Remedy”—four times each day.

3.) Go to bed at the same time each night. Do not stay up late watching television or being on the computer. In Yogic teachings, the healing energies from the cosmic realm begin at 10:00 PM, so it is recommended that we retire to bed by that time even if we do not fall asleep immediately. We can read sacred literature or listen to soft music (without lyrics).

4.) Wear either AMBER, CITRINE, SUNSTONE, or TURQUOISE during the day. Carry a TIGER IRON with you which is too heavy to comfortably wear. (I am not talking about “Tiger Eye”).

5.) The mantra for energy is: “AUM SHAKTI -AYEH- NAMAHA” (“Om Shock-tee ahh yeh nah-mah-ha”). Pronounce it several times in the morning and during the day.

6.) Clap your hands together swiftly. The meridians in the hands that lead to various parts of our physical system are awakened by the clapping.

Realize that being fatigued (if you have been properly taking care of yourself) is a natural part of the LIGHT process.

We are being cleared, cleansed, and transformed.

It requires work, but the work is rewarding.
