Consciousness The Ultimate Portal
Consciousness The Ultimate Portal – By Dr. Schavi M. Ali
Often the word “CONSCIOUSNESS” is defined as being aware of one’s surroundings—the sights, sounds, smells, etc. of the general environment.
Although this has some truth, “Consciousness’ is far more than mere awareness of what is seen, heard, felt, smelled, or tasted. It is beyond the material realm.

It is what is sometimes referred to as being “non-local”. With “consciousness”, we can travel to other dimensions; we can commune with Avatars, Sages, Saints, Devas, Devis, Ascended Masters, and Angels—all aspects of SOURCE; we can envision an ideal situation and bring it to manifestation; we can reach our Higher Selves, our Souls—the Divine within us, and thus, soar to the realm of “Super-Consciousness”.
Thus, CONSCIOUSNESS is actually the ultimate portal just as New Moons and Full Moons and other cosmic events have portals or gateways of energy which last for several days or months.
Our CONSCIOUSNESS is a continual portal or gateway of possibilities according to how we use it as a ” spiritual travel guide”. When people meditate, they close their eyes.
This is because the darkness of the closed eyes is the “spiritual avenue” to the “CONSCIOUSNESS PORTAL”.
It often requires some semblance of time for a novice meditator to disengage from the entanglements of the outer material realm.
Super-Consciousness

In fact, there is a type of meditation where we are supposed to purposefully concentrate on the smells and sounds of the external world as a means of learning concentration and focus. However, eventually, meditation becomes a lifting-up (an elevation) away from the physical plain into the “Divine Throne Room” where we can receive healing currents of energy or messages regarding various aspects of the earthly life journey.
Sometimes people light a candle and incense to set spiritual ambiance for meditation or they play soft music.
Sometimes they open the session by playing a Tibetan singing bowl. Some people ring bells or a gong to announce their step into the “CONSCIOUSNESS PORTAL”.
Raja Yoga Meditation
Consciousness The Ultimate Portal
There are many ways in which to begin. A very powerful meditation technique is known as “RAJA YOGA MEDITATION”. It initially involves visualization, and then the soaring upwards begins!
First, sit comfortably on the floor or on a large cushion. You may prefer to sit in a chair. If so, make sure that it is a comfortable straight-backed chair so that your spine is straight.

A straight spine allows for proper energy to move up from the base of the spine (the “Muladhara” in Sanskrit which translates as “Root” or “Foundation” which governs the adrenal glands, bones, and skeletal structure, ) to the top of the head (the crown which is the “Sahasrara” which translates as “Thousand-Petaled” which governs the pineal gland, the cerebral cortex, and the nervous system).
Now, rest the right hand in the left hand with the tips of the thumbs gently touching. The right thumb represents the Sun, and the left thumb represents the Moon.
This creates a circle of energy which balances the body and the mind. It creates a very relaxing sensation.
Various hand positions in meditation are called “Mudras” which translates as “To Give Joy”. The Sanskrit term for “meditation” is “Dhyana”. Thus, this particular hand position is “Dhyana Mudra”.
Another “mudra” is known as “Jnana” which means “knowledge”.

The arms and hands rest upon the thighs with the palms facing upwards. The tips of the index fingers touch the tips of the thumbs. This “mudra” slows the breath, increases blood flow to the brain, and connects you to higher knowledge. This has become the most popular position for meditation.

Dhyana Mudra

The third “mudra” is “Anjali” which translates as “Offering” and also as “To Pray”. It is commonly known as the “prayer position” which in Sanskrit is called the “pranam”, and it is often employed when people say “Namaste” to someone doing it with a slight bow.
Many people think that this simply means “Peace”, but this is not so. This word translates as “The Soul in me honors the Soul in you”.
If “Anjali” is used during meditation and prayer, the hands must be placed near in the center of the chest at the heart chakra. However, in greeting someone, the “pranam” is taken by placing the hands at the third eye chakra—the “ajna”.

Anjali Mudra

Once the selected “mudra” is taken (in Raja Yoga, the “Dhyana Mudra” is used as is indicated above), now is the time to take a deep Yogic breath. The inhalation is done via a slow, relaxing breath whereby the solar plexus and the abdomen are pushed out from the “tan-tien” which is approximately two inches below the navel.
The solar plexus is the “Manipura” chakra which governs the digestive system, liver, and pancreas. The word means “City of Jewels”. The abdomen area is the “Svadhishthana” chakra which governs the organs and systems of elimination and reproduction.
The word means “Abode of the Self”. On the exhalation, the solar plexus and abdomen are pulled back. Next, place the “concentration” on the heart chakra—the “Anahata” (which governs the heart, thymus, lungs, and circulatory system), and this term means “Unbroken”.
Now, place the “concentration” on the heart chakra.
While continuing to breathe slowly and calmly, envision the Sun brightly shining in the heart. Then see the Full Moon glowing within the Sun. Finally see a billowing flame of fire in the center of the Full Moon, but it is strangely a cool flame.
Then say to yourself silently: “Divine Light is present in my heart”.
After a few moments, take your concentration to your third eye. If interference occurs such as sounds of the outer world, return your “concentration” to your heart.
Novice meditators may find that they must move back and forth between the heart and the third eye several times as they are leaning this ancient technique of meditation because for so long they have been so very involved primarily with the material world.
Eventually, it will become easier to quickly soar to the spiritual realm in meditation.
When the meditation session is completed (and the Higher Self will let you know), very slowly open your eyes in order to attune once again to the outer material plain.
Remain seated for a ew moments until your physical vessel is adjusted to “being back”. It is wise to drink a glass of spring water after meditation for assistance in “grounding”.
You may want to write about any visions or messages you may have received during your meditation session. There are numerous experiences that can be had during meditation. Some people feel a wonderful sense of peace.
Some feel as if they are gently lifting above where they are seated. Some feel a tingling sensation. Some people fall asleep when they are first learning meditation because they feel so relaxed.
This is nothing to worry about because after a while, true meditation will be able to be achieved without falling asleep. Sandalwood oil, known in Sanskrit as “Chandana”, is the recommended oil for meditation and for anointing a prayer mala.
Sandalwood oil has the following properties: it is very calming, thus alleviating anxiety; it lowers blood pressure; it oxygenates the cells; it heals inflammation; it is a protection from viruses; it balances hormones; it alleviates depression; it is a natural antioxidant; it is anti-aging; it is a protection from disharmony; and it elevates CONSCIOUSNESS to SUPER-CONSCIOUS realms during meditation.
Therefore, the Higher Self, the Soul, the true “Guardian Angel” is easily connected to via the sweetness of the oil. So, adding Sandalwood oil to the meditation ritual is a wise idea.
It takes a “Chandana” tree at least 60 to 90 years to yield the best oil, and the most potent oil comes from its roots. The best oil is from the city of Mysore in Bharata (India).
It has been used for many thousands of years. One of the mystical aspects of the “Chandana” wood is that its sweet scent can be smelled just by firmly rubbing the beads of a Sandalwood mala.

It is the only wood that retains its scent in this manner. When a Sandalwood mala is also anointed with Sandalwood oil, this creates a “powerhouse” of all of the properties that Sandalwood contains.
As SOURCE LIGHT becomes increasingly profound throughout the cosmos and into Earth/Gaia and into us, understanding the CONSCIOUSNESS PORTAL is vital.
We can access ancient knowledge, learn how to use it wisely, and we can become more acclimated to the coming “New Golden Age” and our transforming into “crystallinity” and the multi-stranding of our DNA.
We can receive the “Unalterable Goodness” of SOURCE as we heal, love, and engender peace.
With the many retrograde planets, with the fluctuations in the frequency and amplitude of Earth/Gaia, with the explosions from solar flares, with the blasting-off of coronal mass ejections, with the powerful solar winds, with comets sailing throughout the cosmos, and with the many other cosmic events happening, all of which are assisting in the unprecedented changes of creation throughout the galaxy—all of which will continue for many months and years to come— when we sit in meditation, it is like being in the calm eye of a cosmic transformational storm.
We soar through our CONSCIOUSNESS PORTAL and are blessed with necessary LIGHT!

Mars Eris And The Moon – The Meet-Up!
The planet Mars retrograded in the sign of Aries in the Tropical Zodiac on September 9, 2020 and will move direct on November 14, 2020. Mars governs aggressive actions and warfare, but also leadership which can be either excellent leadership with compassion for others and establishing regulations for the common good, or it can be bad leadership where an individual or a group is only self-oriented.
Angels In Our Midst – Dr. Schavi M. Ali
Among the world’s many sacred texts is the HOLY BIBLE in which the chapter “Hebrews 13:2” states: “Do not forget to show kindness to strangers, for by doing so, some people have entertained angels unaware.” However, when it comes to understanding what angels truly are, many, if not most of humanity, cannot explain them but can only share their experiences with them. Yet, angels can indeed be understood in their spiritual depth.
Higher Light And Faster Frequencies
As the lunar orb of our galaxy moves thru an electro-magnetic field in space opening a portal for the next FULL MOON on October 1st , Earth/Gaia has been experiencing a faster “spin” and increased frequencies of LIGHT in recent days.. Accordingly, the magnetic and geo-magnetic fields of the planet are affected by this increased vibration and brighter LIGHT.
The Sacred Time Of Brahma Murhutam: A Special Planetary Energy
A great gift from SOURCE is to awaken us at its most sacred time/frame: “BRAHMA MURHUTAM”. When you are blessed to receive this Divine invitation, do not merely toss and turn on your bed endeavoring to return to sleep. Instead, arise and commune with SOURCE thru meditation. You will soon feel more vital and more in-tune with the ever-playing DIVINE SYMPHONY. In fact, perhaps you are being spiritually initiated into a higher modality of “holy orders”. Place your hands in “Pranam” (the prayer position) and bow your head.
The Next Mercury Retrograde – Performing Sacred “Jappa”
Every planet in the cosmos has a specific vibrational frequency and tone which governs particular aspects of creation in which ever galaxy they reside. In terms of human beings, the planets in our solar system affect our physiological, mental, and emotional states which can be gleaned by having a natal chart prepared by a qualified Cosmic Scientist (also known as an “Astrologer”).
Equinoxes And Solstices – Increased Light And The Eventual Shift
On Tuesday, September 22, 2020, the Autumnal Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere (above the Equator) and the Vernal Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere (below the Equator) will arrive. At these times (as well as when the Winter Solstice and the Summer Solstice happens), increased LIGHT frequencies actualize from the Great Central Sun into the Sun of our galaxy and into Earth/Gaia which sets the energy for a new season. In the Northern Hemisphere temperatures gradually become cooler, and in the Southern Hemisphere they become warmer. Usually skylines dim in one hemisphere and brighten in another as the Sun’s rays either lessen or intensify.
Anchoring-Up To Source!
Now that September’s Super New Moon has occurred as of Thursday, September 17th, 2020, at 7:00 AM (EST), an energetic frequency has been established which will move throughout the balance of 2020 and which also can be an anchor to sacred blessings at this time and for 2021 and beyond. This was the first of two more “Super New Moons” for this year; thus, by the end of 2020, there will have been three “Super New Moons” of this late summer and autumn seasonal cycle in the Northern Hemisphere and late winter and spring cycle in the Southern Hemisphere—times when emotive responses are heightened due to the closer proximity of the Moon to Earth/Gaia and its sending forth of electro-magnetic vibrations which mingle with those of this planet.
The Super New Moon Of September 17 2020
Whenever the New Moon or the Full Moon is a “Super” one, it is closer to Earth/Gaia than normal which makes it seem larger and brighter. However, its closeness also gives it an additional vibrational “pull” such that the energies of creation are more enhanced and elevated, or in other words, heightened. During a “New Moon”, there are opportunities given according to the metaphorical concept of the sign that it is moving thru. The Moon is our fastest moving orb, and thus, it remains in a specific sign for only approximately 54 hours.
The Elements Are Speaking! Pay Close Attention!
As most people know, there are five basic elements of earthly life: FIre, Air, Water, Earth, And Space (which some refer to as ETHER). We all have been given these elements, and in many spiritual paths, devotees petition SOURCE to balance the elements within them for maintenance of their health on all levels—physical, mental, and emotional. For example, the mantra “AUM NAMAH SHIVAYAH” (“Oh, Divine, I bow to the Transformer”) is often recited on a set of Rudraksha prayer beads.
